Stand alone cottage in downtown Benicia. Hot tub in the courtyard just outside your back door. Newly remodeled bath with shower. Kitchen, complete with small appliances, dishwasher and disposal. Washer dryer, iron... Quiet neighborhood, easy access to First Street restaurants, nightlife, cafes, shops, spa, galleries... and waterfront, pool, tennis, Bache ball court. Free parking. Carriage house theme with vintage transportation decor, but also modern appliances and conveniences. My focus is on your comfort, cleanliness and convenience.

If dishwasher is not full, please don't start it, we will add to it before running it.

If you can please start a load of towels before leaving.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

*Heater and A/C remote by the back door. To change from A/C to heat slide the bottom of the panel down and make your choice.

If you are bringing your pet, please let me know first. There are pet fees and rules that I must send to you

*Front door lock has a code, sent to you before your arrival. TO LOCK, there is a small switch on the inside of the lock

Cozy cabin, great escape.

Very nice and comfortable, host was accommodating and thoughtful. Lovely area close to amenities and downtown. Would definitely book again.

The host was phenomenal. The cottage was indeed COZY. Everything I needed was within walking distance. I adore the setting and the city of Benicia. I hope that I will be back before too long. The cottage had everything anyone would need, including frosted mugs in the freezer. Thank you.

The "cozy cottage" was just as advertised. It's a spacious studio cottage with screened off bedroom, comfortable sitting area, both countertop and table dining, and a spacious and well equipped kitchen. I loved the convenience of the washer/dryer. The host was friendly, accessible, and quick to respond to the few minor issues that arose during my stay. The location is perfect - just 2 blocks from First Street and its shops and restaurants. I stayed for a month and was sorry to leave!
