Waterfront on Norway Lake (Lake Pennesseewassee) in Norway, in the Sebago Lake Region of Maine! Spacious waterfront cottage with all the conveniences of home. Lots of yard space and a good degree of privacy. Just a short drive from shopping and recreational activities. Walking/hiking trails in nearby Roberts Farm Preserve. Five minutes to Norway Country Club (public, 9 holes, very scenic). Level lot cleared around cottage, with lawn bordered by woods. Slight slope to water. Low banked shoreline with rocks and vegetation; 2' deep on entry; sandy bottom; gradual to 7' at end of dock. The dock can hold up to a 20' boat. There is a swim raft and kayak available for your use. The occupancy for this property is for 8 people all week with 1 overnight guest for 2 nights maximum.
