We really enjoyed the friendly atmosphere in the house. The 4 kajaks were a super plus. Publix is close by, also Homosassa Springs. Very friendly host and always helpful.

Tradewinds Deep Water was the perfect place for ours girls trip to Florida to swim with the manatees! The location was peaceful and right on the water. The host responded promptly to questions beforehand and the arrival and departure instructions were clear. The home had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable for all 5 ladies, including plenty of towels. Unfortunately, we did not get to make use of the kayaks due to the cold weather while we were there but it was nice that they were available for use. Our only negative was that all mattresses seemed saggy and could probably stand to be updated. Otherwise, we loved our stay and would highly recommend this property.

Loved the home and all the special touches. Very well stocked for all of our needs. Comfortable beds. We rented a boat and had a wonderful time on the river swimming. He house has kayaks but we chose to rent them by the springs. Wildlife Park is very close by. We would stay here again!

Great Views and Location!

We had a great stay at this property. Very roomy and close to everything we wanted to do. The area also made for some beautiful sunsets in the evening on the dock that we all took advantage of. We would stay here again for sure! Communication with the owner regarding our stay with our questions was quickly responded to and that was much appreciated. You won't be disappointed if you chose this home!! :)

Awesome place to stay

The view was beautiful, the boat dock was right next to the back door. Neighbors were nice. Pretty infant friendly not too much to get into, pet friendly. Bugs can get a little bad. Got to watch opening the back door if the fan is on. All around would love to stay again!

We couldn’t have asked for anything more. House was fully stocked from kitchen supplies to linens and towels. They supplied Pantene shampoo and conditioner also with body wash. Having the boat dock was a bonus it was nice taking the boat out. We would definitely stay again.

House was almost perfect. I misunderstood pool was not private. Doors were locked when leaving but on return we had unlocked and unlatched doors. That is concerning. But a very nice stay.

On a scale from 1 to 10... rating a 9... due to having to purchase a coffee maker for up to 10 people (on-site was a Keurig for single serving) and the facility sleeps 10... (host notified). Otherwise a 10. Excellent communications with the Host. Check-in/Check-out Friendly. Conveniently located to all sorts of stores and venues.

Excellent location!

This home was more than we imagined it to be. So large, clean, and beautiful. The neighbors were all so kind. The pool just a short walk away (maybe a block?) Because Homosassa is a fisherman's paradise, we were elated to discover a local restaurant called the Marguerita Grill just a couple miles away that prepares your catch at no cost! The men in our group fished with Captain Michael Rozanski of Eagle Charters in Chassahowitzka. He is fantastic! We can't wait to come back!

Wonderful group trip

The house was perfect. Our family of four went with another family. We brought our boat and went to the springs daily and attempted to scallop. We were even able to bring the family dog! We have never found a nice house that is also pet friendly so that was so exciting to us. Host were friendly and helpful when I had check in questions and respond almost instantaneously. We had a wonderful trip and can't wait to come back.
