Beautiful Condo 1 Bed 2 Baths in Captiva Island.
Welcome to Bayside Villa located on the beautiful island of Captiva inside the gate of the world-famous South Seas Island Resort. This private unit is within walking distance of the world-famous Captiva beaches, and also the Captiva Village! With stunning views of Pine Island Sound and the South Seas Bayside Marina, this is an exceptional unit condo with lots of natural light. This Captiva Island vacation rental is in the Bayside Villas neighborhood, which has access to app operated washers and dryers, beach access, a hot tub, a community pool, and BBQ grills at the pool.

This is a privately owned unit within South Seas Resort. South Seas amenities such as trolley and north pool are NOT available and you do not pay the resort fees for them, but we have the most beautiful beaches and shelling in the world, fabulous salt water fishing, and one of the best places to bike and make family memories.

One living space comprises a large master bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite master bath. The second space consists of a second bathroom, the kitchen, and the dining and living rooms with an adjacent large screened-in lanai. The living room has a very comfortable queen-size murphy bed. Both areas have smart flat-panel TVs with cable and Netflix. Wi-Fi throughout the condo. The lanai has a great view of the marina, water as well as spectacular views of the sunrise each morning. The panoramic glass doors allow a great view from both inside and out. The lanai has plenty of comfortable seating, space for outdoor dining. Beach gear and sand toys in the condo. There are plenty of free covered and uncovered parking spaces. Laundry facilities, bike racks, golf cart parking.

You may rent a golf cart at YOLO.
There are several grills available by the pool. There are washers and dryers available on the ground floor of the building that you may use with the very convenient Clean Cash App.

Clean and comfortable room. Nice pool and beach is just a short walk away. The area is still recovering feim hurricane damage but it didnt stop us from having fun

If you like quiet and walking/biking this is an excellent option. Beach is within walking distance and we could easily bike to a spot we could observe manatees. Loved it!

Our unit was just as the picture shows, beautiful. The unit needs to address the carpet in the bedroom; it is very dirty. Every other room has hard floors. Also the elevator wasn’t working most of the time. Other renters experienced the same for months. Carrying laundry down the stairs was an issue for 85 year olds. We are confident these issues will be address, therefore we look forward to 2027.

The carpet in the bedroom is dark grey and may look “dirty” but it is its color pattern and it is professionally cleaned every month. Thank you and looking forward to hosting you again next year! Great location

The condo was clean and well stocked. You can sit on the deck overlooking the boat docks. The pool is very large with plenty of chairs. The unit is walkable to the beach. Bring your bikes. There is construction going on but it wasn’t that loud. If it’s not to hot you can walk to dinner as well.
