Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

To ensure return of your deposit, please: 1.Put towels and bath mat in the washer — drying is even better 2.Strip the bed 3.Wash used dishes, pots or pans (it’s okay to leave them drying in the rack)

4.Close and lock the windows. 5.Bag up your trash and put it in the bins in the enclosure at the end of the drive. Note that the enclosure opens in the front, not the top 6.Lock the door on departure.

7.Please let us know any feedback or suggestions directly by text. 8. We certainly hope you’ve enjoyed your stay! Please leave us a review at your booking site. Thank you very much!

The house across the lawn is a private residence, and the area between the residence and the water is for their use only.

Park in your designated space only, directly in front of the garden shed. It’s marked clearly as Barnacle Parking.

To access the shore, walk to your parking space and then down along the wood line to the steps.
