Clean and Helpful

The condo was clean and everything else was as stated in listing. Community areas with pools and lazy river were great and easy to access. Host was very communicative and we especially appreciated the ability to book within 24hours of needing to rent.

Amazing Resort Quality Home

This was our first time using VRBO and it could not have been any better. The whole rental and check in/check out process was a breeze. The house itself was Amazing! Very clean and well kept… bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, the kitchen and common areas are well appointed. The pool was awesome. AND the decor makes you feel like you are at a Disney property without the cost. Access the community pool and Disney resort are all very convenient. Would definitely recommend!!

Fabulous!!!

The property still has that new house smell! So beautifully decorated! A lot of thought went into making this a house for every age group! Rafaela was very responsive when we needed to extend our stay! The security guards were even friendly! The perfect stay!!! I will book this place again!!!

PERFECTION!

This house is every bit as beautiful as the pictures depict. It’s spacious and nicely accommodated our family of 9, and was located close to all the parks. The grounds of the resort are beautiful and have plenty for kids to do! I highly recommend staying here! Rafaela was so easy to communicate with! Perfect 10!

Very Clean and Modern Home

This home was amazing! The location is very nice and the neighborhood is quiet. The house was very clean, the check-in process was very easy, and the beds are very comfortable. This property comes with a fully stocked kitchen, Flat screen TVs and is equipped with everything you need! The host was very responsive and communicated back with me within minutes. If you are debating about staying at this property, just book with them! Because you won’t be disappointed at all! My Family of 8 will be returning! Best host we have ever encountered.

Magical stay!

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! It looked exactly like the pictures and felt even better in person. The kids had an amazing time, especially swimming in the pool at night with the cozy string lights such a fun touch! Every room was decorated perfectly with LED lights, which made it feel like home for our kids. The location is super convenient, with plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, and shops nearby. Tip: Google alternate routes to avoid tolls. We also loved having access to two clubhouses — Bronson Clubhouse was just a short walk away and a great bonus. Rafaela was incredibly kind and responsive. I had a special request for my kids, and she made it happen. I officially became the best mom ever thanks to her help! I highly recommend booking this space. Rafaela is a wonderful host, and my family is already planning our return next summer!

We had a 6-night stay at this property in late March 2026 and had a wonderful experience. Rafaela was excellent to work with. Communication was prompt, clear, & consistently helpful. Our group of seven included four adults (one in their 80s) and three kids ages 15, 12, & 9. One member of our party was using a walker, and the downstairs bedroom and bathroom worked very well for accessibility, with plenty of space to move comfortably.The house was a hit with our kids, especially the fun Disney-themed details throughout. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics and made it easy to prepare quick meals, and there is convenient big-box shopping just down the road.All of the bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds and ample dresser and closet space to fully unpack and settle in. Most our group found the pillows to be quite firm/uncomfy, but overall the beds themselves were very comfortable (a huge win).The back patio and private pool/spool were great for relaxing. The nearby clubhouse, just a short walk away, offers a larger pool with lounge chairs as well as snacks and drinks. One note: they do not allow hard-sided water bottles (like Stanleys or Owalas) and will hold them at check-in, which felt like an odd rule.We visited both Universal and Disney during our stay, and the drives were very manageable. We also took day trips to Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach without any issues.Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay, and we would absolutely recommend it!
