Great place to stay! This was a great location to stay to be able to get to lots of things. We did a day at Cocoa Beach. We did a day at Universal. And we went to City Walk and Disney Springs a few times. The resort area was fine. It was something to do. They are very strict about bringing any food or drinks in. The pool attached to the house was perfect for all the kids we had with us. The house had plenty of space for everyone. We really enjoyed our stay!

Overall a fantastic experience. Check in was easy and the location was great for ALL the parks. Unless you want to hit I-4, you can avoid it. We ran into a few minor issues I let the owner know about and he was very responsive. There was a Keurig and a regular coffee pot, which to me was a huge bonus. Game room was great albeit a little tight. We rented a grill for the week and it was there when we arrived. They give you a good starter kits for the kitchen and bathrooms but I bring whatever TP you like. I would definitely rent here again if we do another large family trip.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! It was spacious with all the amenities you could want. We had a multigenerational group and everyone loved the pool, theater and game room. We also enjoyed watching the gators and multiple birds in the lake behind the property.The beds were very comfy and the kitchen was well stocked with eating utensils and cookware, but no pantry items.The owner and management company was super easy to work with and check in and out was very easy. We highly recommend this property and would stay here again!

Pool and hot tub were great! Nice, huge area to hang with the family. Best parking we have had in over 20 years of stays in the area. Pool was cleaned twice a week by a great small family owned business. That was the first. Super clean water to swim in.

We had a fabulous time at this home. The Host went over and above what could possibly be expected. The amenities are wonderful. The adults appreciated the comfortable beds with ample bathrooms For this, Mimi and Papa and our three young families. The children absolutely loved their themed rooms and the rec room.
