This house was great- plenty of space, bedrooms and baths for everyone. Resort area, game room golf were so much fun. Would definitely stay here again.

Great property!

Stayed here with our extended family and had a fabulous time! Something to do for all ages. The heated pool was a big hit as was the games room. The host, Nick was very responsive to any questions. Would highly recommend.

Family Holiday Trip

We stayed here over the holidays. Had a wonderful family reunion. Excellent amount of space for all the children. Loved the spacious dining table!The holiday time is busy. The neighborhood had a long line to get in. The owner was super responsive and fast to address any questions or concerns that arose.A great stay and a great property management.

Thanksgiving 2024

Our family selects different locations to celebrate Thanksgiving. This year the Orlando area was chosen. The property was ideal for the number of family members/guests in the group. The house was beautifully laid out with an open floor plan allowing the family to interact. The property did have normal wear and tear issues that should've been noticed and taken care of before the arrival. However, Nick, the property manager representative was accessible, attentive, and responsive. Overall, the property served the purpose. If we are back in the Orlando area for our annual gathering, we would reserve this property.

So much fun!

We had a wonderful stay from 7/6-7/13. The house was beautiful and clean. Our communication with the Nick was excellent. Very quick to respond to any questions we had. Aside from the house, the community pool was wonderful. The slides were closed during our trip, which was a huge disappointment to our kids. One reason we booked this property was due to the water slides. On our second day (Sunday), the community pool was closed due to a biohazard the day prior, which requires the pool to be closed for 24 hours. There were a TON of people in the community pool on Saturday. We assume it was due to it being a check-in day and everyone waiting to get into their rental. Some issues with neighbors using substances that are currently illegal in Florida, directly outside of one of our windows and blasting music while doing so (at all hours of the day/night). The pool was VERY hot. No need to heat during summer months! Overall, we had an excellent stay and would absolutely return! Nick was a wonderful host and maintains a beautiful property! We hope to return one day soon!! We truly enjoyed our vacation with friends! Thank you, Nick, for being so accommodating!
