The house was very nice for 2-3 people. The location was ok just sometimes loud. The house was a bit bigger than it looks in the pictures as well. Grocery stores and restaurants are fairly close as well. It’s about 8-10 minutes away from the naval base so it’s a good choice if you are in town for a graduation.

Great place!

My son stayed here for 3 months during an internship and couldn’t have been more satisfied. The space was newly renovated, and everything was clean and fresh. Having a private washer and dryer and private entrance was nice. The host was a great communicator and very responsive. The kitchen was well stocked. Highly recommend.

A little rough

There are people who live downstairs in house. There is a separate entrance that is tricky to find. The first night I got there about 7 pm. Walked in the door and smelled pot really strong, loud offensive rap music blasting through the walls. This continued throughout the whole night, I finally left at 10 am to get away from it. When I came back that afternoon music was gone, but sounded like elephants running on the ceiling. Don’t close the bedroom door, it will hold in all the pot smell that is coming from downstairs. Luckily the music did not return the rest of the time I was there. Pot smell never went away. People honking horns in the street until late into the night. Downstairs residents up late and riding early, so barely any sleep time; as when they are up there is so much racket you can’t sleep. House was clean and I felt safe being there by myself.

While the house has separate entrances, I understand how this impacted your comfort, and I truly regret that. I’ve already spoken with the downstairs tenants to address the issues, and I’ll be looking into ways to reduce noise and odors, like soundproofing and other improvements.
