One of the nicest condos in Shorewalk!! Our 1250 sq. ft. 2 bedroom, 2 bath lakefront condo is an end unit on the 2nd floor in the Shorewalk Resort Complex with a lanai overlooking a tranquil lake with a fountain. This lovely condo sleeps up to 4 people with a super comfortable King size bed in the Master bedroom, a queen size bed in the 2nd bedroom. This tastefully decorated condo has a 42” flat screen TV and a DVD player in the living room for your entertainment, and a flat screen TV in each of the bedrooms. Our living and dining areas bask in sunshine during the winter season. The master bedroom has a spacious walk-in closet and a vanity in the bathing area. The kitchen nook has a beautiful new glass top table and 4 chairs. The kitchen has been completely renovated in May 2017 with new cabinets, granite countertops, can lighting, fan with light in kitchen nook area and enlarged opening to dining area. It has all the necessities for cooking at home but if you are truly looking for a vacation from the everyday chores of cooking you are just a walk away from restaurants such as Applebee’s, and Outback Steak House.
Picture yourself relaxing on the lanai enjoying tropical breezes while watching the beautiful bird life, and the playful ducks and turtles in the lake.
Your rental includes free Wi Fi in the condo and free local and long distance Phone, including calls to Canada and Puerto Rico.
WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE: Publix supermarket, Aldi Grocery store, CVS Pharmacy, Restaurants, 8 screen movie theater, Banks, AMF Bowling Ally, Hair Salons and restaurants.

Shorewalk Resort Villas is located just a short 10 minute drive away from the Gulf of Mexico, where your choice of beaches and restaurants are endless. Indulge yourself in our Gulf Coast lifestyle and resort activities. Covering an expanse of 30 acres, Shorewalk is the perfect place to take peaceful nature walks. The complex has two heated swimming pools, two hot tubs, two tennis courts, a basketball court, shuffleboard, horseshoe pits. After a fun day of tennis take a dip in the heated pools or soak in one of the whirlpool spas. Enjoy our fabulous clubhouse that offers ping pong, a large flat screen TV, free Wi Fi, and other amenities. This newly remodeled clubhouse also lends free equipment(with a holding deposit of $20.00 which is promptly returned when the equipment is returned). They have tennis rackets, basketballs, ping pong paddles including fishing poles so you can enjoy “catch & release” in one of the resort’s 6 stocked ponds.
Aside from the beaches, visitors will find a vibrant downtown with restaurants, galleries and boutiques along with the South Florida Museum, a planetarium, Science and Natural History exhibits, or shop and explore Village of the Arts, a working artists’ community, or check out Emerson Point Preserve an archaeological site in Palmetto, as well as the Mote Marine Aquarium in Sarasota, where visitors can view exotic fish and explore a hands-on tank where they can pick up starfish and pet sting rays. This property is in a great location that accommodates easy access to beaches but also to Riverwalk and many other downtown attractions on the river. It is quickly and easily accessible from the Sarasota/Bradenton airport, but set in a quiet and well maintained development while being close to all amenities. The condo was very clean, well decorated, quiet and well provisioned. Kevin was very responsive in his communications and always seeking to respond to any need.

Very convenient for families with children since stores and restaurants are close by, as well as the beach and sarasota airport. The pool is close by and it is clean and well maintained. Mr. Kevin is a great host and we enjoyed staying at his place. Thank you!

PERFECT!!

I have stayed at the Shorewalk several times. This was by far the nicest unit we have ever rented. The owner was very personable, accommodating and attentive to our questions. The next time I am in Bradenton, we will be trying to book this unit! It may be hard because it is so nice.

We enjoyed this condo very much.

This condo is an end unit, so we had an extra window for more natural light. The view from the balcony overlooking the pond was fantastic. We saw many species of birds and the sound from the fountain was very relaxing. The kitchen was well equipped and updated and the rooms were well furnished. We also appreciated the full size washer and dryer. This condo is close to the clubhouse, pools, and pickleball courts. We will definitely stay here again. Our hosts were very nice.

We stayed in this condo from January 27 to the end of March 2013. Truly well located condo near restaurants, beaches, museums, golfing and shopping. All in all, it was a great place to spend our winter vacation. We likened this condo to our home away from home. Accommodations were very clean and well appointed. Our hosts were very welcoming and provided us with plentiful of to do documentation and some of their own recommendations. We are definitly coming back next year and highly recommend this condo in Shorewalk to future vacationers.

My husband and I loved staying at shorewalk. Kevin and Shelia are awesome owners. Even tho the beach wasn't right outside our door, the beach is a very short drive. We loved how peaceful it was In the community. The condo was very clean and stocked. So many places are very close or within walking distance . Shorewalk Paradise

We had an excellent vacation at this Shorewalk condo in Bradenton. The check-in process went smoothly, so much more convenient with a combination lock rather than worrying about keys. The condo was spotlessly clean and extremely well-equipped in the kitchen as well as an abundance of towels and bedding. The beds were comfortable and storage was plentiful in both bedrooms. The flooring was easy care. Bathrooms were very clean but the master shower could use an upgrade. The lanai was lovely and we enjoyed most meals out there overlooking a pond with an attractive fountain.We loved having the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria just a short 10 minutes drive away.Kevin and Sheila were excellent hosts and checked in a couple of times to insure we were happy with the condo.We hope to return again and SOON.Ron and Bonnie

Great stay at Kevin & Sheila’s condo at Shorewalk in Bradenton. Clean & plenty of space for a family of 4. Kitchen essentials were stocked well for our needs & it was fantastic to have the laundry available in the unit. We didn’t have to worry about washing clothes when we got home! Enjoyed having the different options of activities on the grounds for our boys 8 & 11 & the pool areas were very clean & enjoyable. Convenient to stores/restaurants if you need anything. If you don’t mind a short drive here & there on vacation, Bradenton is a good location to land & get out to explore things in the surrounding cities/beach towns as well as Tampa. Only a 10 minute drive or so to the different beaches. Wonderful stay & Kevin was a great host with a lot of info on the area. Thank You!!

Home Away From Home

I rented the condo the week of Christmas until New Year's. The description of the unit here is exactly how it is. The property was quiet and easily accessible to stores and activities. If you are looking for a place to be home for a while, this is it. I only have two complaints 1) Our bare feet got dirty from walking on the floors and 2) The wireless internet was difficult to receive a signal and if managed to get one, it was low and would drop a lot. Also, I got a virus on my computer from using the wireless connection.

Staying here was like home from home, fully stocked with everything we could think of to make our stay comfortable. Kevin was on hand and at the end of the telephone taking instant action when there was an aircon problem. Recommended.

Amazing vacation

We had an amazing stay at this property! It was super clean, close to everything you needed downtown and the beaches( about 15 minutes to everything) Kevin even came over when we got there to answer any questions we had and told us of places to visit and restaurants to go to! He was super helpful and friendly! The condo was equipped with everything we needed for our vacation and had enough toiletries so we didn’t have to rush to the store the first day. We will definitely be coming back to stay again in the future!

Sheila is also retired and enjoys the freedom to enjoy the beaches, fishing, tennis and all the activities West coast lifestyle offers. Also volunteers at the church 's food pantry and is involved in our homeowners asso. as well.

Why they chose this property

Kevin and Sheila are transplants from New York City many years ago. We have lived in many places including Hawaii but the beauty of Florida's West Coast won our hearts so when this lakefront condo became availabale with this great location we just had to have it., We bought in 2006 for a seasonal getaway for our family and have enjoyed it ever since. We liked the area so much that we bought our primary residence in Highland Lakes.
We hope you take the oportunity to let us help you enjoy Shorewalk and all its aminities as well.
