Start your day with a soothing morning coffee or unwind in the evening with a glass of wine on your private balcony, savoring the picturesque views of our pristine white sand beaches. The condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests—the Primary bedroom boasts a snug Queen bed with a private bathroom, while the hallway offers convenient Twin bunks. Additional guests can enjoy the Queen sofa bed in the living room. A second bathroom is also accessible, ensuring ample convenience for all.

The condo’s kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and a coffee maker, complemented by all the necessary dishes and cookware for your culinary endeavors. Fresh sheets and towels are provided for a hassle-free stay, although guests are encouraged to bring their own beach towels.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Great ocean view, place was a little dated but overall it was a nice property. We weren’t able to get code to open door to pool area so we didn’t get to use that on the day it rained.

Great place to stay!

The condo was very nice. The view was great. The location was great. Access to the beach was great. We enjoyed the pools and hot tub. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Location!

Enjoyed our week. Love the location. The condo was okay. The drains were all very slow. Other than that, the pools were great and had a fun time.

Gulf Shores

Our view was perfect! We saw the gulf from the balcony and the building provided chairs and umbrellas for their guests. I would definitely recommend this property if you’re planning a stay along the gulf. There were plenty of places for food, shopping and souvenirs.

Always love Royal Palms

Bottom right eye on stove seems to have a short in it as it works sometimes and other times it doesn’t. Fans need updated with more than one speed.

Overall the room was functional, but very dated and rundown! Items that were to be included with the condo were not there and had to call management company. They did deliver items hours later, but it was stressful! Will not be returning to this unit.This was our second stay at the Royal Palms and probably our last.

First time in Gulf Shores and really enjoyed this property.

Wonderful condo that had everything we needed. Exactly as advertised. Location is perfect - property is adjacent to Gulf Shores State Park, so you get wonderful views and nothing but beach on that side of the property. It was perfect for me and my wife, but might be small for a larger family. If a pool is your thing, probably not a great choice; however, if you want a nice, clean condo with a great location and amazing views, this is it. Only complaint is that we had smokers on both sides of us, so we couldn't enjoy the balcony as much as we would have liked. Not the property's fault, but apparently, smoking is still a thing in this part of the country or perhaps we just got unlucky. The property management company for this unit, Liquid Life, also was excellent.

Beach not crowded, condo smells weird

The location was excellent for us - beach not crowded at all, great view from the balcony. We did have to drive to get to restaurants but not far. The condo seemed clean but it had a bad smell upon arrival. They did not provide the linens we requested before arrival (for the sofa), I had to message them again after check in and got them the next day. The balcony has a fantastic view but it is stuffy, there is no air flowing though. The property elevator stinks and there are very few (and dirty) lounge chairs at the pool, we were only able to use some once during our one week stay. I will perosnally probably look for something else for our next stay.
