Thank you for staying at Royal Palms 806 and for the 4‑star review. We’re sorry the sofa bed mattress had springs pushing through and was sandy — that’s not acceptable. We’ll have our team inspect and replace the mattress if needed and review our cleaning procedures to prevent this. I’m glad everything else was as described. We appreciate the feedback and hope to welcome you back to Liquid Life.

Thank you for choosing Liquid Life and for the 5-star review. Glad you enjoyed the beach view. Thanks for the tip about the bunk bed ladder being stored under the bed — we’ll add that to the listing and the in-home guide so future guests can find it easily. We’d be happy to host you again!

Thank you for staying at Royal Palms 806 and for the 4‑star review. We’re glad the room and balcony view matched the listing and that the AC, abundance of towels/pillows/linens, well‑stocked kitchen, reliable hot water, and convenient ice machine made your stay more comfortable. It’s wonderful your grandkids enjoyed the pool/beach toy closet and even left boogie boards—thank you.
