A 5 min walk to Historic Downtown Evergreen, you and your guest will enjoy local art, coffee shopping and live music- After dining at one of the local restaurants , continue your stroll to The enchanting Evergreen Lake, an easy 1.3 mile loop, where your likely to see , elk ,deer , eagles and much more! Hiking and biking are a step away. All trails lists 76 scenic trails in Evergreen. One of my favorites trails is Alderfer/Three Sisters Park- stunning vistas, landmark rock formations, beautiful ponderosa pines and the most trails per acre of any foothills park. For a true music experience Red Rocks Amphitheatre is just 10 miles away. Or come and Enjoy arguably some of the best Skiing in the world, 60 miles to Breckenridge - The Colorado Rockies, Explore the foothills to the Rocky Mountains, retreat to your Cozy Cottage and enjoy the wrap around views

Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with rock climbing, hunting and hiking/biking trails nearby.

We live in Allen Tx and fell in love with Evergreen years ago. Until we are able to live here more permanently we knew we wanted to share our love for nature with others who feel the same way.

Why they chose this property

We were very selective for this location. It took us years before just the right home came available. Walking to downtown and Evergreen Lake was a must. The floorplan and care of the home also had o be right. It was a summer evening when we found this home. Sounds of live music had whispered up from Cactus Jacks, sitting on the porch chairs we knew we found our special home in the mountains
