Welcome to Montrose and welcome to our 3-bedroom home that backs up to the 16th tee at the Black Canyon Golf Course. With 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 full bed, along with a queen-size pullout sofa bed it offers a wonderful and tranquil retreat for guests.

This home boasts a beautiful ready to cook-in kitchen, a one car garage available to guests, a patio, a balcony, and smart TVs in the living room, master bedroom and bedroom #2. The home has been totally remodeled with all new furnishings. Everything is provided including pots, pans, dishes, a washer and dryer, linens and towels.

Montrose is a great base camp for all Western Colorado has to offer. We are within an hour drive to the Black Canyon of the Gunnison, Ouray, the Grand Mesa, and the Uncompahgre Plateau. We are a little over an hour drive to Telluride, Gunnison, Grand Junction, and Silverton.

This house was very nice and looks like it is recently been remodeled. It was very clean and I loved the set up. The master bedroom has a balcony as well. The kitchen was very well stocked with small appliances, dishes, pots, and pans, etc. We enjoyed our stay here very much. I would definitely stay here again.

No gophers at this CaddyShack

The home was more than we had hoped for. Everything was perfect for the four of us and our motorcycles. Having use of the garage was a plus. The location was convenient, on a quiet street but close to shops. We enjoyed lunch at the nearby golf course restaurant that was within walking distance. The home was very nicely decorated, furnished with all we needed and clean. I can’t say enough how much we enjoyed our vacation and stay at the Caddy Shack. We will return here next time we are in the area.

This was a golf vacation. The property is handy to three golf courses and the main commercial district. Easy to find and easier to check in. House itself was very clean and uncluttered. Plenty of towels and linens. One small br, one med br and one lg br in loft. Shared bath downstairs has double sinks, large counter, and hooks for towels, cosmetic bags, or clothes. Spacious frig and addtional freezer in garage. Would stay here again.
