10/10 for house, location, communication. Was impressed how fast and accurate host replied to all our questions. Cute, clean house with everything what we needed. Kitchen had everything from utensils to pots, coffee all you need. Every room had extra pillows and blankets. Extra towels in each bathroom. Nice bikes, golf cart, and everything we needed for beach days. Took us about 5 minutes on golf cart to public beach entrance. Very pleased with our stay and looking forward to be back.

The welcome gift of hot chocolate, candy, and Christmas fun glasses was nice. The home was well stocked and very clean. We loved having the golf cart and bikes, although the bike seats need some attention (wouldn’t stay in place). The host was very responsive and good to check on us periodically. We would definitely stay here again!
