Located on charming Elizabeth Street, you're just steps away from the Key West Historic Seaport, restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and many of Key West's most popular attractions.

As you enter through the classic white picket fence and make your way up to the home, you'll be greeted by a spacious, covered front porch—the perfect place to relax with a morning coffee, unwind in the afternoon shade, or enjoy some of the best people-watching in Key West.

Inside, this spacious 2,100-square-foot home blends historic character with modern luxury. With four bedrooms, multiple living spaces, and an expansive private pool area, Pagitt House is ideal for families and groups looking to enjoy their own private island retreat.

SUVs, trucks, and larger vehicles will not fit.
Additional parking is unassigned street parking, which can be limited.
Metered parking in the area can be expensive.
Because parking is limited in this part of Old Town, we generally do not recommend bringing a vehicle. Most guests find it easy to explore Key West on foot, by bicycle, golf cart, or rideshare.

The property was even better than we could have expected or hoped for. And the owner was super responsive to any questions we had for him. It is newly renovated, very clean and absolutely beautiful. It is centrally located, easy access to everything we wanted to do. Easy walking. The home had a fabulous pool and large deck so that after a day of being out and about, we could come back 'home' and jump in the pool and relax. We grilled out one evening too. The showers were nothing less than amazing. Cannot rave about this home/VRBO enough. It is a gem!

This home is absolutely beautiful! All the attention to detail in every room- from decor and design to fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms. This house is a TRUE gem! The location is amazing. We had ages 12-80 staying there and everyone found something they loved about it. It was clean and the appointments were lovely. It was recently renovated and all the details were thought through. The pool and outdoor space was great. The owner is super responsive and there was plenty of space for the 6 of us.

This was a last minute trip and we chose this property because of its location to Duval St. and the docks. It did not disappoint in that regard. There was also a substantial discount of about 30% which I assume was due to the fact it was last minute. We have rented many higher end homes and I would consider this to be in that category which is not usually the case in Key West. It also had parking for a small/medium car or golf cart which we ended up not needing because we found a parking spot on the street, several opened up during the day and parked there for 3 days. We used Uber for getting around to where we could not walk. We found out later the locals frown upon that and recommend local taxis. The interior of the home was perfect, clean and modern. Great linens and finishes. It was too hot to sit outside by the pool but that area was very clean and well maintained. We had a small issue with the front door lock becasue they were waiting on a new lock system to come in and be installed. The management was VERY responsive and came out immediately to help and sent a second person to make sure we were managing the lock issue. I believe this might even be a recent remodel as everything was new and fresh. Gorgeous front entrance and wide porch, all very clean. I am very picky. You can't go wrong renting this property we had a fabulous Father's Day and the hosts made that happen.

Our group really enjoyed our stay at The Pagitt House. We had plenty of room and especially enjoyed the patio and pool. All the essentials were provided, which made the stay even better. I would recommend staying here if you like a nice place in a central location.

This place was perfect. Decorated nicely, it was nice and cool when we arrived. It was walking distance to most places and just 2 blocks from Duval St. When we were not out, we enjoyed the patio area and the pool in the back. Great place to stay!

Great location and property

Enjoyed the home very much. Close to Duval and pier. Nicer inside than expected. Great pool. Only minor complaint is the poolside lounge chairs are in desperate need of replacement.
