Beautiful house in nice environment

Just a great lay out would recommend it to anyone who would love to go to Florida.

It's fine. The location is mediocre. The place itself is... usable. Living room table was broken. Beds are too soft. Paint was scratched all over the house. Linens were old. Floor was dirty. Tub in master bath was cracked. Everything had an "old lady" smell. Neighbors kept giving us dirty looks when we would come or go. Smoke detector was broken and beeping. Replaced the battery, but that didn't work. Host (or whoever answers messages on VRBO app) was responsive.

We’re sorry to hear that certain aspects of the home did not meet your expectations. We want to note that none of the concerns mentioned in this review were raised with us during your 30-day stay, which would have allowed us to address them promptly and improve your experience in real time. That said, we take all feedback seriously. Following this review, the smoke detector referenced has been replaced, and the master bathroom bathtub is being evaluated for repair to ensure it remains safe and fully functional. The living room table itself was not broken; the glass insert had been intentionally removed prior to arrival due to sharp edges to prevent injury, and a replacement solution is actively being sourced. Comfort preferences such as mattress firmness can be subjective, but linens, furnishings, and cleanliness standards are reviewed regularly with our cleaning and maintenance teams. Any odor or cleanliness concerns have been shared with them for follow-up. As the home is located in a residential community, neighbor behavior is outside our control, though we aim for all guests to feel comfortable during their stay. We appreciate the feedback, as it helps us continue improving the experience for future guests, and we wish you the best in your future travels.
