Amazing

We loved our stay. Great view. Easy walk to the beach. Tram access was easy. Property was clean and everyone was friendly.

Wonderful relaxing stay. Only issue was told when we called ahead trying to decide if we needed to rent a car that we could use the tram and we did the first night. Went to use it again and was told we just needed our wrist bands went back to get them came back waited, messaged our host then found out from tram company we needed a tram pass or special card from host. Wasted time and missed the majority of our plans for the night. Also asked about an ice machine, was told there was none they knew of by the host. Asked very nice condo worker and were told we can use tower 2’s large ice machine in their parking garage. Condo service workers were very nice and helpful. Would book again.

I'm sorry for the confusion about the tram — you should not have been given conflicting information about wristbands versus a tram pass. I apologize for the time lost and missed plans. We've shared your feedback with our operations team and the owner so the tram access process is clarified in our pre-arrival messages and guest instructions. I'm also sorry you were told there was no ice machine. We'll update our communications to note that tower 2’s large ice machine is available and make sure staff are aligned on that information.
