We had to book on very short notice due to a sudden loss in our family, and Derek and Lauren were nothing but incredible hosts. The BBQOasis home is absolutely beautiful — the heated pool was perfect, and the Marvel and Nemo-themed rooms were a hit. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. We truly appreciated their kindness and flexibility and would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the Disney area.

This property was exactly what we needed for our stay. We were a party of 7, and the home was spacious, accommodating, and comfortable. There were plenty of relaxation areas without being on top of each other, and we found the amenities to be plentiful and clean! The home was in a secured area with very kind and helpful staff from the security gate to the trash removal. While the homes are close together, we did not hear neighbors once! It was like it's own little retreat.

Our stay was great. Enjoyed all of the room we had for our party of 5. Great location, away from all the noise and traffic. Easy instructions to get in and out. Everything was as advertised

Beautiful property, spacious, clean, heated pool no extra fee for using the grill (like some others). The Host team wil make sure you are comfortable and you get what you need during your stay, very communicative. Appliances well taken care and functionals. No street traffic, so you can sleep away from regular traffic noise. All rooms in second floor so you can take care of your kids at nigt. Add security and amenities to have fun the whole day in thw club house. Also you'll find restaurants, ER, farmacy multiple supermarkets in less than 10 minutes.

Family Vacation

The place was nice and clean, with plenty of room for everyone in our party of 6. The kids loved their bedrooms and played musical beds all week..LOL. Everyone enjoyed the pool and relaxing outside, after a long day at the parks with the kids. The washer and drier was great so we didn't need to pack as much. Pool towels were provided. Over all, we would stay again.

We have stayed in quite a few rental properties in the Orlando/Disney area and this was by far the best one. The house was exactly as pictured and described. We seemed to have checked in on the same day others had checked out, so there were a couple of items that needed to be sorted/addressed from the previous tenant. However the handyman Luca was great, and Patricia was extremely quick with responses and handling the issues. We had a dryer that wouldn't heat right, and Luca sorted that, as well as the previous tenant took the remote to one of the fans in a bedroom. He went out and bought a new fan and quickly installed it while we were out for lunch. The pool was on the smaller side, but it was fantastic. We loved the pool deck and pool so much that we never even used the amenities that were included with out stay. This was certainly a fantastic place to stay for 2 families, 4 adults and 2 kids. We didn't even end up using all the rooms. The house is wonderful, the owners/management are kind, responsive, and quick to action. I would 100% recommend staying here if you are looking for a great place close to all the action. We are certainly keeping this property on our radar for future visits.
