📍We Are—located just 6 minutes away from PSU football and all State College Events. It’s the perfect retreat for Penn State University fans and anyone looking to explore beautiful Happy Valley.
The space
Our apartment comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests and features a well-appointed bedroom and a clean bathroom with walk-in shower. You will access the house from the back entryway where the apartment then has a separate apartment entry within the hallway. We are very family oriented and can accommodate as needed! Occasionally, you may hear little feet chasing the dogs upstairs but we hope the overall ambiance is cozy and welcoming, perfect for winding down after a day of cheering on the Nittany Lions, visiting your children who are attending Penn State, or exploring the nearby attractions.

We have been long term landlords for a long term renter for 4 years. We are 5 minutes away from Mount Nittany Medical Center and can accommodate healthcare workers or work related stays. Please message us for availabilities and pricing.

Amazing find for the area!

Accommodations were clean and easily accessible, in a quiet neighborhood with convenient location to PSU campus and stadium. Hosts were very friendly and responsive to queries. Would definitely stay here again!

Our group was in town for game day and could not have asked for a better location for getting to the stadium and downtown. David was extremely communicative and provided clear instructions for how to access the apartment, which came with everything we needed for our stay including easily forgotten toiletry items and a very well stocked coffee bar. We will definitely be looking to book again for future visits!

Exceeded Expectations!

The property was clean, comfortable and had several amenities and decorations showing the attention to detail of the owners. The location was super convenient to town, PSU football, Winery and Mount Nittany hiking trail. Definitely, looking forward to here staying again.
