Side A features three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, two fireplaces, custom kitchen, and an open, flowing floor plan, it is perfect for your family vacation to Kennebunkport. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail overlooking the cove. Explore the river with the two kayaks that are provided. Take a bike ride through town or down Ocean Avenue on the two bikes that are on site. The property was designed to spotlight the tidal river and its wildlife. The gracious sun-filled floor plan offers views from every room to enjoy the pastoral beauty that embraces this home. The property is beautiful and very well kept. A high-end house in a beautiful setting only an easy 3 minute walk into the middle of Kennebunkport shopping and restaurant center. We loved the tidal inlet at the back of the house overlooked by the back deck. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are well designed and comfortable. The kitchen is a little short of space but functions well. The area and house is safe and we felt secure and comfortable. The house is set in a very nice residential area. It is set on a main road into town but that was not a distraction. Con: the entry digital lock did not function well for us. The house offered beach chairs for visits to Grey Rocks beach 12mins car ride away, or Goog’s beach a 5 min car ride away. Walking to Goochs beach takes 30 mins from the house. Parking permits are required at all beaches. Parking was difficult at Goog's beach but easier at Goose Rocks. This property may not be ideal for small children.
