I love the property but the condo itself was dirty. I had to dust the dresser before I put any of my belongings on it. The couch was filthy and wore down. The first hour we were there my grandsons feet were very dirty from the dirty floor. Mold on the shower door.

The outdoor kid pool was great for our toddler. Our family, preferred to go to the beach which was easy to access and had chairs/ umbrellas, and surfboards that we rented. I wish the facility had a larger exercise room. I worked out from 7-8am and most days there were 6-8 people there which meant that I had to wait to use dumbbells, treadmills, and exercise machines.

This property was very nice but after a couple of maintenance repairs that are already in progress it will be a 5 star for sure. The host is nice and attentive to any questions. We would love to stay here again.

Great location, excellent view.

Great location, excellent view, the facility is amazing. Condo itself is huge and great for large families. Owners were very responsive to any issues and corrected them in a timely manner. Would definitely stay again.

Daytona Beach stay

The property is located on the beach within walking distance of several restaurants. The property met all of our needs and we enjoyed our stay. The property owners are very responsive. We would stay here again.

Rented this condo so my husband, sister and I could stay together while we visited my sister who has cancer. We checked in Friday at midnight and left Monday, 6 am. Due to our limited stay we don’t enjoy any of the amities of the resort BUT I do want to give a bit of feed back about the rentalIt was dirty!Floors are sticky with obvious dirtCondo very dated and poor quality everything from chipped furniture, thin towels, poorly painted walls, bad lighting,Below is a photo of one of the three chairs on the porch. Kind of sum up the entire condoDisappointing misrepresentation of the quality of this condo but we would not have cared if it had been clean.I have used VRBO in a number of cities/counties and this was by far the worst.

Being a beachfront property, the hard floors can sometimes accumulate sand and dirt quickly, especially with guests walking directly in from the beach throughout the day. However, we certainly would have wanted the opportunity to address any concerns had they been brought to our attention during your stay, as we are always happy to send our cleaning team back out when needed. While this condo is not newly renovated, we strive to accurately represent it in our listing photos and description so guests know exactly what to expect. We continually invest in updates and maintenance to ensure a comfortable experience for our guests. I'm sorry to hear that the property did not meet your expectations during what was clearly an important visit for your family. We appreciate the feedback and will continue working to provide the level of experience that our guests have come to expect. Excellent location with great accommodations and beautiful rooms. Minor issues with room that was immediately addressed by property manager. Enjoyed the comfortable pool, pool side bar and hot tubs. Great beach and nice walk to the pier.
