Beautiful condo! Angela was great to work with and communicated with us every step of way as we were coming in post hurricane. Lots of beach toys available. The second room set up is awesome with king bed under the top bunk. Great stay! Will be back!

Great condo with the best view! We are a family of 5 and all fit perfectly in the condo. Our girls love the bunk bed. King bed on the bottom gave them plenty of room. This resort is one of our favorites. We love having the option of the tiki bar and lunch option right on the beach. We got to enjoy watching the dolphins every morning. We will definitely be back!

Amazing vacation rental!!

Check in was super easy, the condo had amazing views and was perfect for my family! It was conveniently located within minutes of everything! We loved our stay and would highly recommend!!

The place is nice but the smaller shower leaks and it should really be fixed. It is nice and clean and the location is perfect for the beach!

Perfect location!

This condo was perfect for us! Everything was clean and in good shape. We loved the easy access to the beach and the pools. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning watching the dolphins play in the ocean. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Family Stay/Location

The condo is exactly as pictured and is in a perfect location for a trip to Destin. The views are stunning and the amenities are perfect. We had 5 people in the condo, 3 teenagers and 2 parents. We had plenty of space to hang out when not on the beach. The pools, hot tub and private beach are right on site. I highly recommend this condo. Joe and Laura are great hosts. We'll be back

Excellent!

This unit was absolutely perfect for our family! It had enough beds for a family of 5 without using the sleeper sofa. There was plenty of seating in the living room and on the balcony. It was was very clean and had everything we could have possibly needed in the kitchen.

The condo was very clean, loved the views, the master bedroom the mattress was very firm, so if you prefer a softer mattress this bed not for you. Just note the fridge door needs help shutting. But was very happy over all. The condo had everything you needed for cooking. Love the grounds and everyone was super nice. Loved the area close to everything you needed. Will be back again.

Great getaway

Overall this was a great condo. The only thing I would say is the beds were super uncomfortable and so hard and the couches in the condo were also uncomfortable. But everything else was great!

December celebrations in Destin

December Trip for early 3rd Birthday and Anniversary Celebration. Location was great. First December Trip to Destin, no crowds. Condo did have beach toys for our little ones. Washer and dryer in condo is always a must, it's nice to wash our beach towels and clothes before heading home. Outdoor Heated outdoor pool and hot tubs were nice because the weather was a little chilly. Grandkids loved the indoor pool also. I picked this because it was close to the beach so little ones didn't have far to walk. Thanks for sharing your condo with our family.

You are on your own.

The property looked like the listing photos. Upon arriving, our unit appeared clean. We got there around midnight. The kitchen stovetop was dirty, as well getting a coffee mug out of the cabinet with lipstick on it. One day there would be an issue with one of the pools, closing it down. Thus creating unbearable crowds at operational pools. And waiting for an elevator was a nightmare, considering they were not air-conditioned.

That said, we're truly sorry about the stovetop and the coffee mug issue—this isn’t up to our usual standards. Had we known of the housekeeping oversight during your stay, we certainly would have had the team return promptly to address it. Regarding the pool closure, we understand how frustrating that can be, especially during peak season. However, the decision to temporarily close a pool was made for sanitary reasons and the safety of all guests. While it may have been inconvenient, we’re sure you’d agree that swimming in unsafe conditions isn’t ideal. As for the elevators, we completely understand your concern. During high-traffic summer months, they’re in constant use. Due to the frequent opening and closing of doors—especially to exterior areas—maintaining consistent air conditioning in them is a challenge and unfortunately outside of our control. We hope you made many wonderful family memories during your visit. Come back soon—we’d love the opportunity to host you again and earn your 5-star experience.
