Beautiful 1 acre 4 bd 3 bath non-smoking home
SPECIAL SUMMER 20% DISCOUNT ON ALL STAYS OVER 4 DAYS! Message for more info! Relax in this peaceful home that is only a few minutes from lakes and activities, and only 15 minutes from UT! The whole house will be yours with no sharing with other guests. The screened patio has a gas firepit as well as an outdoor wood-burning pit. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. The driveway is long and ready for an RV or boat. The entire property is non-smoking. This home books fast and you are encouraged to book in advance!

Located on the border of the great Smoky Mountains, we are only a few minutes from beautiful lakes, boating, river activities, scenic hikes, and only 15 minutes away from the University of Tennessee.

Pet friendly! We love animals. If you have a pet, there is a large fenced yard. There is an additional $25 per dog per per stay. Cats are free but bedroom doors must remain closed to keep our bedrooms pet allergen free. Pets are not allowed upstairs and a gate is provided.
