The apartment was very clean and big enough for the 2 people in my party. I didn’t realize there was a porch for us to use until we arrived. It was so nice to be able to sit outside and view the ocean. We had perfect weather all week.

Great place in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Jude was very responsive before snd during our stay. The beach was very close, and walking to local restaurants and stores only took 5 to 10 minutes. Would recommend this house!

Nice property but the kitchen was not what I would have expected. Toaster and toaster oven were out dated because you couldn't determine the numbers on the appliances. In other words you had no way of regulating the cook time. We did not find appropriate cooking pans.

Sorry to hear that Janet, as this is the first time anyone has complained! I think maybe with most of my stays being 1 week, being here a month you likely spent more time in the kitchen. So that feedback is really helpful as I will plan to replace both! As for pans, there are 3 frying pans, 2 saucer type pans, 2 larger for corn, lobsters, pasta, etc, so thought that would be enough. Do you mind telling me what you thought was missing for pans as I do want to address that as well!

Great location and very nice place.

We stayed in 7A the downstairs unit which includes the backyard deck with a water view. Only a short walk to the beach with a private section. The house was very clean, cozy and comfortable. Our stay was Mon-Fri. Wish we could have stayed longer. We had a wonderful vacation.

We enjoyed our stay at this rental.

House was very nice and location was great as it was close to many activities without the traffic and business of the Cape. Our kids enjoyed searching for crabs and shells on the private beach. Jude was very attentive and easy to communicate with.

Perfect Getaway

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this adorable property. Perfect location with the private beach being only steps away and a short 10 minute walk into the village. Nice and quiet location too. The unit itself was spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and the kitchen nicely equipped. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends or family and we will also be back next year for sure!

Great place

We went to a wedding at Bay Pointe club and this place was literally 3 minutes from there. It was a very clean, comfortable place. We had everything that we needed and everything worked out great. It's a nice clean quiet neighborhood with an ocean view and access to the private beach.

Great Location

Great location for access to the beach and to restaurants, all within walking distance even with young kids. House was perfect, even bigger then we were expecting and very clean. Communication with owner/manager wasn't even really needed but when I had a question was available to answer right away. Thank you again, definitely would stay here again if available!

Beautiful, very clean and quaint place a few short steps from the water. We loved every minute! Even after a microburst hit and knocked out the power our last there. Wonderful Cape Cod Vacation

The carriage house was the perfect location for day trips and relaxing. It was just a few steps to a private beech and short walk over a bridge into Onset itself. The house is charming and well equipped. Jude was great answering any questions and providing suggestions for restaurants and activities. She always responded quickly often within an hour to any questions. We enjoyed the back yard and patio for reading and dining and just soaking up the sun.

Wonderful stay

Seeing the place in person was better than the photos! The place is cute, there was plenty of kitchen accessories to make meals, everything was very clean and the addition of extra linens were all thoughtful. The private beach was nice to be able to walk the shore, collect shells and watch the little crabs scurry into their holes when you walk by. The beach chairs left for you to use were sturdy and well-kept, the outdoor shower was helpful in keeping out the sand as much as possible from getting into the house and the patio was nice to eat meals on. Jude was incredibly responsive (we’re talking minutes, if that at times!) and respected the privacy of our family to enjoy the stay. I would recommend this place to a small family or just a group of adults looking for a place to stay with an hour-ish drive to other beaches and hot spots within Cape Cod.

Horrible sleeping with skylights and side windows with no curtains and street lights glaring in.

Disappointed for the money it was dirty and well used. Poor air circulation, lacking window screens, holes in screens, back patio furniture beat up… kitchen floor needs better Matt’s to keep the home clean rocks from driveway come in every time!

I am so sorry you were disappointed! Can you please tell me what you mean by dirty as I have a cleaner who has cleaned for me for years and everyone has always commented how the clean this house is! And the couch is brand new with the rest of furniture in keeping with casual beach house so I would appreciate that feedback as well. I do know the patio umbrella was broken but you were the first to report and I have ordered a new one that just did not come in while you were here. And the weather has been highly unusual for heat that is almost unheard of for heat so it probably is a tough place to keep cook when it is over 90 degrees. I did notice you have scattered items throughout the front entrance and even in the driveway when I arrived, so I am wondering just how many ppl you had with you and was it just too small a place?
