Renter Beware

This house is kept at a frigid 50 degrees, it was not warm enough to safely sleep on the second floor 6 hours after we arrived. There is no wifi router. Call center can do nothing to help except ask you to wait for 30 minutes at a time. Local Office is 100% nonresponsive and did nothing to help us nor follow up afterwards.
