The home consists of the 2BD/2.5BA main house and a separate 1BD/1BA guest house. Seperated by a breezeway both houses have full kitchens, laundry and family rooms . Main prime has 1 king bed and queen sleeper in attached office. Another queen sleeper in the family room. Guest prime has a queen bed and queen sleeper in the family room. Lower bunk has 4 twin-xl bunk beds and 2 twin-xl convertible couches. Total of 5 folding rolling cots ,like the hotels use, scattered throughout the property. Sheets and pillows for all beds and cots. Perfect for multi-generational and multi-family living. Tons of parking. Koi ponds, large yard and tranquil waterfall complete this peaceful retreat.
