Was very clean and as described . Very nice. Decorated nicely!! Was clean!! Had regular amenities instead of the cheap ones. Was pleased with my stay, host was respectful and responsive but I didn’t need him because the condo was perfect!!

We stayed just before spring break started and got a great deal on this condo. The view was great and we had good weather so we were at the beach a lot. Great restaurants nearby. The resort is big so we did walk a lot. Comfy bed.

Great Fall Break

The condo was clean, comfortable and centrally located to restaurants and entertainment. My kids loved the pools and I loved the ocean view and being right on the beach. Steve was easy to work with, a wonderful host!

Excellent Choice!

We had such a good time! I strongly recommend this property and will seek it out the next time I am in Panama City Beach. The view is amazing and the property is very conveniently located. Two thumbs up!

Perfect Beach Vacation

We had a wonderful time here. Steve was great to work with and had excellent communication. The condo had everything we needed. It was so relaxing sitting on the balcony enjoying the view of the beach. The kids loved the bunk bed. I would definitely recommend this rental to others! Thank you Steve!

Family Trip

Our Family visited to spend time with Our Son, who is a Soldier in the Army, before he moved 20 hours away from Home. The home was beautifully decorated and was extremely clean. Steve was very communicative and on top of everything! Most definitely a great Host!

Amazing Condo!

Loved this rental! Condo is on the quiet side of the building, away from the crowd. Easy access to the beach, which is stunning. We watched dolphins and rays from the balcony every morning. Condo is stocked with everything you need and more. The bed was very comfortable, we will definitely be back! Thanks Steve for letting stay in your beautiful condo!

November 4 night stay

When Steve said he wants to make sure you are totally happy with everything and is available for whatever reason, he really means it! Best experience we've had and the rental was perfect. Definitely five stars. Everything is there you will need, even for beach. Thanks Steve!

Wonderful Condo for our family!

The condo was nice, loved the kitchen and it was very clean! The only complaint was the resort elevators stayed tore up. Had to walk the stairs alot. Other than that the condo and Steve was great!

a vacation to remember

Was exactly what I expected. The view was gorgeous. The condo was very clean. The bed was SUPER comfy. No complaints. Will definitely be back in the future and referring all my friends and family to visit. Steve was always prompt to return any of my emails as well.

Great location but very disappointed with the cleanliness

The property itself is in a great location. The beach is absolutely beautiful and the resort is very nice. However, I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the property. There was trash behind the tv stand, some of the dishes in the cabinets were dirty, the microwave had food spilled in it, there was fingernail clippings in the sinks, and broken glass on the balcony. I don’t expect to go on vacation to clean and that is what I had to do.

I was not notified of any cleanliness issues or provided the opportunity to re-send a crew out to address in advance. These guests asked for early check-in and I asked the crews if this was possible. She hurried the cleaning crew so it's possible she got a hurried cleaning job. That said, a wrapper behind a TV stand doesn't really equate to an unclean unit. That's a harsh judgement on this guests part. The microwave may have missed a wipe down, but really, is that little splash of tomato sauce really worth calling a unit unclean? She never submitted pictures of these unclean dishes either. I believe they were overly critical based on their list of complaints below. I have many reviews and very few if any are critical on cleanliness. She didn't complain about anything that really would reflect a dirty unit. The floors were clean, linnens were fresh, towels were all there and clean, clean bathroom, fresh condo, well appointed. She complained of none of those things. If it was truly dirty, she would have actually let me know so that I could address it and send a crew out to make it perfect. My goal is to have a beautiful unit well kept and clean. Cleaning crews will miss things, like a wrapper or a wipe down occasionally, but if that happens, let me fix it before you complain that your vacation was ruined. This was an overly critical review and I stand by the quality of my cleaning crews and my property manager to make any situation right.

We had problems with the water heater going out. The owner was good about getting it fixed promptly, however it is a very small unit. There were 4 of us staying in the unit and we ran out of hot water have way through the second shower. The unit is dated. The view from the balcony was great. Overall, the price was very reasonable for a one bedroom condominium on the beach.

Just as described / WONDERFUL!

My husband and I stayed for a week. The location is great, close to everything we needed. Parking is easy and feels safe. We took advantage of the beach every day and watched the sunset from the balcony every night. The unit is adjacent to the elevator but we heard absolutely no noise. There was also no noise from units to the side, above or below. The building and facilities have plenty of places to sit near the shop, Starbucks, ice cream/pizza place, lounge, and pool if you need to get out of the sun for a while. The in unit washer dryer was nice to have. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook a meal. Steve was super prompt to respond to questions. We'd definitely stay here again.

Excellent Experience!

Easy check in/out process. Parked and walked right to our room. Didn't have to stand in a line to check in/out! All resort amenities available for the guests. The Sky Bar sits over Front Beach Road and offers fun events each night. (Music Bingo, Trivia, Karaoke, Live Music, etc.) Great location! Pier Park is right down the street. The owner, Steve, responds to messages quickly. Excellent communication! Room was clean, well-stocked, and wonderfully decorated. Room rates and the additional fees/taxes are very reasonable, which is a huge plus in this economy! Highly recommend booking this unit! You won't regret it! Thanks so much, Steve! :)
