Centrally located a few blocks away from downtown Culver City, a short fifteen minute drive to Venice Beach, Santa Monica , Beverly Hills and LAX. It is walking distance to major supermarkets and restaurants. The spacious home also has a large yard with pergola and outdoor seating.

Amazing

The house was so beautiful. Just so stunning. We had all the amenities that were stated in the listing. The check-in and check-out process were very easy. The owner was so quick with their responses and very accommodating. Would come back!! It was a perfect distance from everywhere our group had to go and there was plenty of food options near us!

A few things need attention

Clean, comfortable, and very convenient for the events we attended. The patio area is nicely screened with fruit trees and foliage. Lovely. - Needed to contact host for WiFi password since the one posted didn't work. - There were no kitchen towels - There were no instructions for trash or recycling, so we just left it in bags in the kitchen. We were there for 6 nights so there was quite bit - Kitchen sink had hot and cold faucets reversed - not a problem, just mentioning - Some kitchen cabinet hinges were broken - There was no screen in the second bedroom so while it was open, we had a bee come visit - It would be excellent if there were a dresser or shelves in the second bedroom (didn't check the other two bedrooms) for things like pajamas, underwear, etc. I moved all the bedding on two shelves in the closet to a top shelf. There is space between the closet and the hall door for a small dresser. - The sink in the downstairs bathroom was clogged, so we bought a snake thing and took care of that - The towel rack in the downstairs bathroom is loose
