wouldn’t stay again very disappointed

The home was nice in terms of space but unfortunately overall we were disappointed with our experience. All but one of the beds (queen) really need new mattresses very uncomfortable and downstairs bed squeaks really bad. Even our little ones (7 & 8) complained about the twin beds. Pillows were also very thin and no blanket on any beds just the big comforter. I called to ask if we could get blankets and was told yes called back next day to check and was told no the house is what it is. We paid for heat in the pool/hot tub and had to call twice they did finally turn on after two days and did credit the first two days. We were also initially told by a Jeeves rep that we would have full access to all amenities which the biggest deal was the water park for our boys since we were traveling with a newborn , this was a huge disappointment. We also had an ant problem in the kitchen on the counters! While we never expect perfection when vacationing all of these things made for a disappointing experience for our family and wouldn’t stay at this home again or recommend Jeeves to our family and friends unfortunately

Great house for our family for the Thanksgiving holiday.

I looked around for Reunion rentals and took some time to finally choose one, reading review after review for every house that interested me. This house was wonderful for our family of 5 to spend Thanksgiving week in. Everything was clean and organized. Pool and hot tub were wonderful and I was so glad we got pool heat. The game room (pool table) was a huge hit for us. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom and we had enough space to have time to ourselves. Carpeting was clean with no stains as well as furniture. Beds were comfortable. House was decorated nicely. We called the first day because pool heat was not turned on and Jeeves responded right away and turned it on. The privacy of the yard was also nice as we had no rear neighbors. The wi-fi was spotty at times and we were told that beforehand as the resort is working on upgrading. We brought our own Roko and were able to run off the hotspot on my phone for no TV interruption. Highly recommend this property for rental.

Jeeves is the worst management company I ever dealt with

House itself was clean and nice, pictures were accurate. Customer service was horrible. I had to call every day to get pool heat to work, they sent someone out the first day, heat worked for less than 30 minutes. We called again, next time someone came out was at the end of the 4th day, said circuit breaker was popping out and that's why the heat doesn't work. Every time I called they promised someone will call me back but they never did. They are not refunding me yet for the pool heat I paid for, will sue them soon if they don't make this right but since not a single phone call was returned I don't have much hope.

Hi Nermin, we're sorry to hear about the issue you experienced with your pool heat. After looking into your reservation and notes, we see that pool heat was turned on on the 16th during the afternoon. Pool heating can take up to 24 hours for the temperatures to get up to the specified heat temperature. After calling regarding the pool heat, we immediately sent someone over who noted the breaker had tripped, and all was okay once the breaker had reset and worked for the remainder of your stay. Once again, we would like to apologize for any inconvenience or disappointment you've had with the pool heater, however the issue was resolved within a 24 hour period. We have issued a refund for the first two days of pool heat as a gesture of goodwill for the inconveniences you experienced, this refund has been processed and will take 7-10 business days to reflect back into your account.

Mice in the pool and raccoons in the garbage

Home is generally nice, in a good location and pictures provide fair representation of what is available. However, the price to rent was not in line with what we received. Need to build an enclosure for the trash or provide means to secure. As home is next to undeveloped area, steps need to be taken to reduce unwanted guests. See comments below. Positives: 1)Check in and reservation process was easy and straightforward 2) Layout of the pool area was very nice 3) Home is in generally good condition and plenty of room for family of 4 4) Lots of dishes, silverware and plenty of towels/bedding 5) Location of home in Reunion Resort was easy to find and neighborhood is very quiet and pleasant. 6) Very close to Disney parks and has a grocery that is a couple blocks away. Very convenient. 7) Nicely appointed game room in garage. 8) Informative guest binder Negatives: 1) Property neighbors undeveloped nature area in back of pool. While that has some appeal, it attracts unwanted critters. 2) Encountered Raccoons living inside the trash bins - scared my wife to death- which required their removal. 3) Encountered a dead mouse floating in the pool - which we removed - and this pretty much ended our pool usage for the week. 4) Upstairs and stairway carpet is beginning to show wear and probably needs to be replaced or given a thorough cleaning.

We are sorry to hear about your experience with the local wildlife in the area, however the chemical treatment of the pool would have killed off any bacteria left by the mouse, making the pool completely safe.
