This gated resort complex and its surroundings allows you to walk for grocery, entertainment and dining out. 15 minutes from the Orlando airport and only 1 hour to east shore beachside.
Equipped with Playpen, Booster and Stroller. Full kitchen, 2 King beds & Full size pullout sofa.
Common grounds have 3 pools and spas with toddler pool and splash pad, common BBQ's, pool side bars, gift shop, workout center.
This is a 750 sq foot 2 bedroom / 2 full large bath property. It is located by the clubhouse which is centrally located on the property.
3rd Floor unit with elevator and staircase access.
If this is your first stay to our location, it will not be your last.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
-garbage gathered and placed in the bin outside front door -thermostat to 78 degrees -towels gathered please by washer -please leave ceiling fans on and confirm all extra doors are locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours are from 10p to 9a
4 access amenity cards to the resort must be returned. Cards will work at all gates on both sides of Destination Parkway (behind Publix Plaza) pools
Smoking only allowed on Patio with Sliding door closed - be sure smoke smell does not get into the unit - extraction fee will apply ($150)

Communication with Garrett was fantastic from the start. He was very accommodating, especially with providing pool passes when we arrived before check-in. He offered great restaurant recommendations.The location worked really well for our conference at the OCCC, with just a short walk to access Lime scooters.Overall, the unit itself was good. The beds comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Garrett mentioned he was between management companies, which may explain why the space could benefit from a thorough deep clean. The furniture could also use some updating or fresh slipcovers.That said, I hesitate to even mention those points because Garrett was such a great host and made the stay easy and enjoyable.

This location was so close to everything-great little breakfast place within walking distance -shout out to Moma's! There is a Walgreen's, Publix, liquor store and a little burger joint all within a couple of blocks. The condo was perfect for our girls getaway-we felt safe and everything was as described. The two pools were large and clean. The bars weren't open at the posted times but that has nothing to do with the owner of the condo. They were having some staff issues. Our coffee pot died and the owner replaced it very quickly. He was super easy to work with and answered any questions. The parks are only about 15 minutes away. Stay here, you won't regret it!

Clean and quiet

We stayed for a week during the AAU volleyball tournament. Great communication with the owner. Walking distance to the OCCC let us eliminate parking at the convention center. The complex was quiet and clean and the unit was as described.

Perfect!

Was on the route for the convention center shuttle. Everything was spotless and set up great. The only con was that the quality of paper towels and toilet paper were sub par and not enough trash bags given for a 6 day stay. I went and bought my own and left what I could not take back.

This area is for both adult and children entertainment. The best of dining and the best place to fill rainy or sunshine filled days. You cannot be bored here.
The facility is amazing just within the gates. But now, the Universal mega park EPIC is being finished and ready to open for 2025
