The villa features all the essential amenities like WiFi, AC, a washer/dryer, and heat. You'll also find 2 bathrooms, complete with 2 showers and a bathtub. Whether you're lounging in the comfortable living space, cooking in the fully stocked kitchen, or enjoying the screened lanai with a view of the pond, this quaint villa is the perfect home away from home. You can also enjoy the community pool, playground, pickle ball, tennis and basketball courts, or step back in time and visit Anna Marie island pictured below and is only 5-6 miles away. There is also Bradenton beach, full of great restaurants on the water, and so many other beaches worth visiting as well. Check out Manatee Beach with a cafe, volleyball, and playground! Mini golf is less than 2 miles away and water rental activities are at the near by marina, The Ringling museum, Bradenton river walk, science museum, flamingo center are all close by to visit. The villa needs updates, maintenance repairs, and cleaning of appliances. When we turned the stove on, smoke rose from all 4 burners. We were not able to use it for fear of a fire. The garbage disposal was missing the rubber protection, and it was filthy inside so could also not use that. The TV's in the bedrooms did not turn on. The TV in the living room did turn on, but there was not any programming and it was not a smart TV. The blinds covering the back glass patio doors were missing slats, so there was no privacy from the back of the villa. One of the bedroom doors did not close and multiple lamps did not work. The furniture and TV's all need updated. There were also torn bed sheets. For 2000 a week, it would be easy to make some repairs and updates after each stay.

Thank you for the review, otherwise I would not know about any of the issues. It would have been better to contact me so that we could have addressed the issues for you while you were there. Please remember the only way we know is if someone reports it. This is a home like any other home, and it comes with things that need fixed. Please understand that we receive only a portion of the rent. After taxes, cleaning, commission. There is not much left after all the expenses to remodel. As this is our business, We try to do ann improvement every year. This year was a new ac unit at $14,000. And this week it was a new wash machine, new sheets, new towels, and two TVs. The rents surly do not cover everything. I suggest you rent a newly remodeled property if that’s what you are looking for. We prefer the vintage items, but thank you for your suggestion.
