Parking for 4 cars total on property. 2 covered and 2 in the driveway. Total of 4 cars allowed at property at all times.

Colvin Ranch House is a luxury custom home on 35 acres, which is part of Whetstone Mountain Ranch. WMR is a private 300-acre ranch located 2 miles from Crested Butte. The ranch offers hiking trails, 5 lakes and private access to the Slate River with world class fishing. The largest lake has a campfire area complete with picnic tables and grill. Hike or bike into town on the Deli Trail or Flag the bus at the new Bus Stop at Riverbend. The tranquility and peacefulness of the Colorado Rockies and the convenience of town are all just a jaunt away. The home is located approximately 4.5 miles to the base area of Mt. Crested Butte.

The main house has 6000 Sq Ft with 5 bedrooms and 5 1/2 baths The master suite has a King bed, couch, TV, an en suite with a claw foot tub and walk in steam shower and a deck where you can listen to the streams. The master suite has an adjacent office/sitting/TV area and a a deck with views of the mountains. Downstairs has 3 bedrooms all w/ TVs; 2 junior masters (one with sitting area) with King beds and en suite baths with showers. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed with a bath across the hall with a bath/shower combo. All 3 bedrooms have large windows, exterior doors leading to a private covered patio surrounded by ponds and the sound of running streams in the summer. The 5th sleeping area is a bunkroom located off the Den/Media room with 2 Queens and 2 Twin XL beds. The 5th full bath that services the bunkroom is conveniently located off the Den/Media area. All bedrooms have plenty of closet/storage space and 3 laundry spaces for your use.

The Great Room has views in every direction through the multiple large windows. A perfect spot for entertaining large groups with a large remote controlled gas fireplace and 2 outdoor deck areas. The kitchen is outfitted with a Wolfe 6 burner/griddle stove, oven, microwave, warming drawer, Sub Zero refrigerator/freezer and 2 dishwashers. The main dining area seats 8, kitchen nook seats 6 and the kitchen bar seats 5. On the back deck is a propane grill and hot tub that straddles a stream and has a picture framed view of Mt. CB. The main living area and the back deck have a King Systems audio system for your listening enjoyment. Direct TV and wireless internet in all areas of the home. The den/media room is equipped with a 65'' TV, wet bar and wine refrigerator. A great place to watch movies, play games, work puzzles or just hang out. Streams run around the main house with closed in bridges connecting the 3 structures.

The guest efficiency apartment is 700 Sq Ft located above "The Barn," which only stables motorized horsepower. You will find a King bed, sitting/TV area, bath with shower and a kitchen with a gas stove, mini refrigerator, breakfast bar, kitchen table and a balcony with up valley views.

The Town of CB offers a public shuttle to the ski resort, restaurants and other amenities. CB offers many winter and summer activities, all you need is to find your favorite. Whether it is relaxing or mountain time, CB and Colvin Ranch offer it all.
