The pool was very dirty; the water didn't look clear or clean. Everything else was fine—thanks.

Thank you for letting us know about the pool. That falls short of the standard we hold ourselves to, and your feedback has been passed along to our team so it can be addressed properly. We're glad the rest of the stay went smoothly, and we appreciate you taking the time to share this. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again and get it right.

Wonderful Place

I planned my sister’s bachelorette party and we invited 11 girls total to the property. The house was so clean and decorated really well. Everything was how it said it was if not better! We had everything we needed and more, and the air conditioning was AMAZING. We walked in and there was music playing!! As well as some fun merch on the table. We loved it and had an amazing stay! I highly recommend!

Kids loved the pool table. Couches and beds were comfy. Spool (spa/pool) in the backyard was fabulous. Safe sidewalks to walk the neighborhood with kids. A bit of a challenge, getting in on our first day through security - and checked in safely. Getting in gated Community required ID and printed out QR code to enter. Anytime we have a concern, we received timely responses, and quick solutions. I would’ve been nice to have a garage door opener available with garage door spot. Overall, safe, clean, comfortable stay.
