Cancellation & Processing Fees
If you choose to cancel your reservation, our standard cancellation policy will apply. In addition, please note that payment processing fees are non-refundable. As a result, 4% of the total amount paid will not be returned, since these fees are incurred for accepting payments through our payment processing service.

Living Area:

Bedrooms:
- This home has 2 bedrooms, both with kind beds, and a 2nd private living room with 2 queen beds, a private bathroom, closet, and sliding door for privacy from the rest of the home.
- Retreat to one of our spacious bedrooms, each boasting its own attached bathroom/shower.
- Enjoy privacy and comfort in these well-appointed spaces, ensuring a restful night`s sleep after your day`s adventures.

Kitchen:
- Discover a fully-equipped kitchen with modern appliances and ample counter space for easy meal preparation.
- Cook up delicious dishes with ease and convenience.

Indoor Dining Room:
- Dine in style in our chic indoor dining area with plenty of natural light.

Outdoor Dining Area:
- Enjoy al fresco dining overlooking the 4th hole of Monterey Country Club.
- Our patio, situated on the 4th hole, features a seating area, fire pit, and outdoor grill for memorable gatherings.

Community Heated Pool and Spa:
- Relax in our community heated pool and spa just across the street.

- NO ACCESS TO GOLF COURSE OR TENNIS / PICKLE BALL COURTS (they are for members only)

Neighborhood:
- Enjoy the tranquility of our quiet, secure neighborhood with easy access to Monterey Country Club`s golf course views (private course)

Guests have full access to the home, back patio, and community pools / hot tubs. Guests do not have access to the course unless they are a member or guest of a member.

Car is crucial for your time in the desert. But you can also walk, bike, scooter, or anything around the community.

HOA Rules & Fines
Guests must follow all HOA rules, including parking, noise, and speed limits. Any fines issued by the HOA due to guest actions are the guest’s responsibility. The guest agrees that fines may be collected through the booking platform’s Resolution Center or any method permitted by the platform.

Please follow all rules and regulations when it comes to checking in, the pool, and general house rules.

1. All bookings made during Coachella, Stagecoach or other festivals will require a $500 refundable deposit. This deposit will be returned to you after you check out assuming there’s no damage or broken rules during your stay. If you choose to cancel your reservation prior to checking in, the $500 deposit will not be refunded. The remaining balance of the reservation will follow our cancellation policy.

**Any cancellations during festival season will abide by the cancellation rules. There will be no exceptions.

2. There is a video doorbell. It is triggered by motion.

3. We do not allow pets of any kind.

4. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS, if you break this rule it’s a $5,000 fine.

5. POOL & SPA: There are over 2 dozen pools and spa`s in this community. The best one luckily is right across the street.

6. Do not exceed the number of guests on your reservation at any time during your stay.

7. All guests are required to sign a rental agreement.

8. In order to get into the community we need the first name, last name, and license plate number of any cars and their drivers.

9. Guests staying for 28+ days will require a $500 refundable deposit.


DAMAGE INSURANCE FEE: All reservations are subject to an $89 Damage Protection Fee, which covers accidental damages incurred during the stay. This fee safeguards guests against additional charges for qualifying damages, providing a streamlined and worry-free experience.

Guests who cancel within the applicable cancellation window will receive a full refund, minus any transaction or processing fees charged by payment platforms or software providers.

During the summer the thermostat may be locked at a certain temp range and not able to go lower than that range. This is due to the extreme temperatures in the desert. We can’t allow thermostats to be set below this range or we risk the AC unit freezing entirely, and not working during your stay. We apologize in advance, but we can assure you that 72 or 74 degrees will feel AMAZING when it’s over 100 degrees outside.
