This newly refreshed beach bungalow offers an equipped kitchen, dining area, soothing living room, and a fully private back and front yard with outdoor shower, BBQ, and fire pit. You are conveniently located for the ultimate beach experience with easy access to coveted SB landmarks. Additional amenities: wifi, work station, new 65" TV, and more!

- 1 bedroom with queen bed with closet and clothing storage
- 1 bathroom with shower, soap, shampoo, and hair dryer
- Kitchen space has cooking essentials, Smeg Coffer Maker, French Press, and Nespresso machine

- Spacious living room with blankets, pillows, and 65" TV
- Office nook with desk for remote working
- Washer and dryer is available in the garage as needed
- And we have a pack n play and high chair for your little ones

A Nostalgic Time

Loved our stay at the dreamy beach bungalow. Its location on the Mesa is perfect for walks, the front and back yards are amazing, and the design aesthetic of the home is so inviting. We had good communication with the owners and would recommend staying here again!

Love this spot!

Second stay at the bungalow ... this one for our daughter's UCSB graduation. Just wish we had found it freshman year. Convenient to both to downtown SB and Goleta, and we loved being able to walk to Lighthouse Coffee and Lazy Acres. Hope to be back!

Fab place

This location was great, everything u needed in a home was available, beds & pillows very comfy. The outside was set up with everything u wud want, great fire pit. The entry lock is very easy to use, driveway had a fence u cud close after parking the car. Over all this home is fabulous beyond expectations. I have stayed at many rentals all over the world & by far this is one of the best The owner responded quickly & was very attentive to anything we needed.
