My husband and I had a wonderful honeymoon here! Anne was so kind and helpful and had great suggestions of places to eat, things to do, etc. Snacks and breakfast provided was so nice when we arrived as well. We had our own separate entrance and it was always very quiet for sleeping, and of course can’t beat the view! Beautiful sunsets and sunrises (both are in view)! We definitely recommend this place and would for sure come back!

Our stay here was phenomenal and exceeded all expectations. Anne is a wonderfully welcoming host who made the house feel like a true home away from home. The space was perfectly comfortable and stocked with great treats, but the views are what really steal the show, they are absolutely stunning. The beautiful pool and the charming critters on the property were the perfect bonus to a great trip. We would definitely return and highly recommend staying here!

Lovely 2-br cottage adjacent to owners home. There are outstanding views of the Santa Barbara Bay. The cottage was fully stocked with everything needed for our stay….including a few extra goodies Anne left for us in the frig. She greeted us upon arrival and gave us a tour. Anne was always responsive and was a charming hostess. The property is just minutes away from restaurants and shopping. We had an amazing time and will come back.

Anne was a wonderful VRBO host. Her unit was amazing, a great central location in Santa Barbara, and had awesome views! All her amenities, pool, hot tub, etc were great and we made use of them every night of our stay, enjoying the view and sunset. Check in was very smooth, and Anne had great communication and suggestions for different activities and restaurants. She was very welcoming and we had a great stay. Would love to stay again next time we are in town.

The view is amazing from the bedrooms, pool, and jacuzzi. We were engulfed in a natural sanctuary featuring botanic diversity, inspiring statues, chirping birds, and butterflies. Our host was generous with food and beverages and eager to engage with us. Santa Barbara is a great city, for our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We especially enjoyed the beach, pier, and a full day dedicated to enjoying the pristine pool.
