Absolutely wonderful home, location and experience! Host was AMAZING to communicate with! Jennifer was so kind and generous to our family! From having towels, sheets, dishsoap, garbage bags, beach chairs, boogie boards and toys for the kids! We had a great time! Thank you for having our family! 5stars through and through!

The property has a beautiful view, but it was dirty and disorganized, with many safety issues. The handrail was removed from the stairs. Electrical outlets were uncovered and were open to little fingers. There were no GFCI outlets near the sinks. The electrical panel in the laundry room had open wires hanging from it. There is a spot on the deck where there were no stairs, just a drop-off and no barrier. The rooms upstairs had either no doorknobs or broken doorknobs, and the bathroom door didn't close. Full disclosure: we negotiated a refund and left the property.

Check-in & Check-out were super easy and the host, Jenn, was so welcoming and helpful throughout. Large open rooms for our extended family vacation. Great deck with plenty of seating to enjoy BBQs and beautiful views of Ninigret Pond. Wi-fi was strong. Kitchen was stocked with cooking essentials. Lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, boogie boards, games and more! Bring your bicycles, easy ride to the beach.
