Home away from home--family sized condo. Just 7 miles from Walt Disney World!

*NEW WALK IN SHOWERS - APRIL 2025*

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located, gated community. This 3rd floor unit (elevator access) offers beautifully updated kitchen, spacious living area, and ample screened lanai space. Enjoy 7 miles to Disney, 16 miles to Seaworld, 19 miles to Universal, 32 miles to Legoland and everything in between! The home away from home is perfect for families, group trips, and business stays. There is ample parking within the property--a private lot. Security is on property from 3:00PM until 8:00 AM daily. The clubhouse is open Monday to Saturday 8:00 am to 10:00 pm and Noon Sunday.An attendant is available from 8:00am to 4:30 pm Monday to Saturday and 8:00 am to Noon Sunday. Pool and hot tub hours are 7:00 am to 10:00 pm every day. There is no lifeguard available. Early check in or late check out is available when bookings allow. These services are available for an additional fee. If interested please inquire before booking so availability can be determined. We look forward to hosting your group and welcoming you to Central Florida.

The unit was stocked with everything that one could hope for and then some. We have never seen a kitchen stocked like this, it had as much as we have in our house. The only complaint is that we could have used more closet space but that is really minor.

Weekend trip- easy and relaxing

My daughters and I visited Orlando for the weekend for a concert and a day at the parks. The location was perfect, easy access to the parks and interstates. Robert is a great host, he gives you plenty of information upfront and answers questions quickly. The condo was like being at home. There were lots of personal touches, you can tell the homeowners have taken time to make your stay comfortable. Caribe cove is also gated and secure, easy to access and quiet from the hustle of the city. We will be back for sure! Thanks Robert! Kara
