Personally decorated and carefully maintained, this 3-bedroom, 3-bath townhome on Long Island Drive feels like a home, not a hotel room. The king bedroom has its own attached bath, the queen bedroom has its own attached bath, and the kids' room has a twin bed plus a bunk bed — great for families with a few little ones. Sleeps 6 very comfortably, 8 with the living room sleeper sofa.

Set in the peaceful gated community of Crestwynd Bay, you're minutes from Disney, shopping, and restaurants, with the community pool a short stroll away and free parking at the door. The home is pet-friendly and has in-home laundry.

The full kitchen covers everything — range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender. Free high-speed WiFi and flat-screen cable TVs round out the stay. We provide a starter coffee kit and toiletries; nearby Walmart and Publix cover the rest for longer visits.

My family relocated from TN to the area and needed a rental for a few weeks while we house shopped in the area and we are so glad we found this one! We stayed for 3 weeks and it was reasonably priced (which was hard to find when you need a pet friendly rental!) and very cozy. The complex it’s located in was very nice, the complex was also gated. Our host was extremely nice and his communication was 10/10. The rental had tons of space for our family, and it was cute and clean. We would definitely stay here again. Our host was fantastic, I cannot recommend them enough!

Great stay!

This condo was in a perfect location! So close to a Walmart and right around the corner from Disney. There were tons of restaurants and shops nearby. We would definitely stay again. The only thing that would improve our stay would have been a few more towels. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Close to everything

The property was within 15min (not including traffic) of all of the things that we wanted to do. The unit was more than sufficient to meet our needs. We had one issue upon arrival that was handled very quickly and efficiently. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Great unit which was more than expected.

For Swiss tourists it was a big house and much bigger than we expected. It was clean and in good condition. We really enjoyed out stay in this unit. We would also suggest that you provide leaflets of the attractions in Orlando in the house, especially for tourists outside of US. Overall we had a great time. Thanks!

Short Stay

We bedded down each night and ate out. Price and location were our biggest enjoyments. Did not use the other features of the community, but they looked nice. Parking was perfect for unit and reserved. Couldn't figure out the TV and some of the instructions seemed dated. Didn't feel the need to call for instructions, just used the WIFI.

Perfect for short term lease. Close to everything

The rental was used for our project manager who was working a local construction project. The place is very nice and comfortable. and even had enough space to have family visit. The kitchen was fully equipped. It's close to most attractions in Orlando. Besides a small issue with the HVAC it was a great stay. The management and maintenance teams are very responsive. 5 stars all around.

The home is located in a great location. It was very close to tourist areas and theme parks. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to use the pool area so are not able to provide feedback. We found everything as expected based on the listing. The place was dusty and could have been tidier. The decor and furniture were a bit dated but comfortable. Other than that, the price was reasonable and we loved that the rental was pet friendly.

1 month in Kissimmee

The unit we ended up with was #7633 which had a slightly different layout than the picture shown. That being said, everything worked out well for us and we enjoyed our stay in the unit. A/C and all appliances worked well, great location immediately across from the heated pool. Neighbors were friendly and helpful with suggestions when requested. Very comfortable king size bed in the master bedroom with other bedrooms containing two singles and a double. Washer & Dryer worked well and was put to multiple uses. The unit is not pristine (likely 12-13 years old) but was clean and comfortable. Could have used a barbecue and a few additional pieces of flatware but we made due. Staff was helpful to our few requests...will definitely consider returning here in the future.
