*Golden Getaway* 5 Beds / 8 Minutes to downtown

Experience San Diego`s vibrant culture with each of the 5 bedrooms representing a different unique part of the city. This tastefully designed escape offers an interactive backyard with mini golf, a big outdoor table, and a relaxing fire pit area. Public street available as 2 private off street parking. Sitting on the cusp of Downtown, we are located .3 miles from the I-5 and the I-15 or you can head South and immediately hit Chula Vista or the boarder.

This main house of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and there is a detached 5th bedroom cabana with its own full bathroom and King Bed! We have an entertaining backyard to enjoy. Any questions, host is quick and happy to respond to resolve any issues.

Guests can utilize all spaces in the house except for the cleaners closet in the hallway that is closed via a smart lock and cleaners shed in the back yard which is also locked.

Response time: within 15 minutes or less.
Do not unplug any of the wifi router, smart camera plug ins, or glass break sensor. Do not use the hallway door that leads outside. Keep it locked at all times please.

Although this house is perfect for families visiting the city or a small group visiting, it’s great for internal entertainment, please DO NOT throw parties here.

EARLY CHECK-IN: If guest wishes to check in early, they may be required to pay an early check-in fee at the host`s request in order to be approved to check in early.

LATE CHECK-OUT: If guests want to check out later than the designated 10am standard check out time, they must ask the host permission and may be required to pay a late-checkout fee $20 for every 30 minutes beyond the 10am standard check out time.
IF a guest was not approved to check out beyond the designated 10am check out time, the host may impose the $20 for every 30 minutes beyond 10am expected check out.

BE AWARE OF CHECK-IN/OUT TIMES, it is the GUEST`S responsibility to be out by 10 unless the host approved late check-out.
