Other things to note

Pool Heat cost: $45/day. It must be requested at least 48 hours before July 27, 2025, or we might not be able to accommodate your request. The pool heating must be for a minimum of 3 days.

BBQ Grill rental is $50. If the propane gas runs out, you are responsible for the cost to exchange the tank at a local gas station or Walgreens. The cost to trade is typically @$30.
We also offer full service for $120, where someone ensures the gas is full, and we will replace it if it goes empty.
It needs to be requested 48 hours before check-in.

Pet fee: The house is pet-friendly, but your pet must be house-trained. The cost is $20 per pet per night, with a cap of $300 for the total stay.

Home was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. There is a lot of room in the home, and the proximity to Disney is a plus. The boys loved the pool! Only real issue we had was with the grill.

Overall a very clean, spacious home, and safe neighborhood. My family definitely enjoyed the amenities such as pool and game room. The cable and Netflix being logged in was a plus. Being in the center of everything is definitely a plus, we never drove more than 15 mins to anywhere. Thanks for everything, will be booking again.

Nice little getaway

The house was very comfy and clean, pool and game room were amazing to have. The biggest plus were pets allowed! Only thing that really bugged me was the lack of cooking items. when on vaca we love to eat good and had a hard time with the lack of pots and pans ect. Otherwise all was great!

Wide World of Sports Tournament

The house and property were very clean. All the furniture is in great condition. The beds were comfortable and clean. The pool was and spa were fantastic after a long day out walking in the heat. The game room was awesome for my teens, it kept them busy for hours. Will definitely be back! 100/10
