THE SPACE

The original general store and butcher shop have been transformed into spaces you'll never forget.

The game room preserves historic details while hosting full-size air hockey, 9-foot shuffleboard, a comfortable sectional, and a 70" Smart TV for streaming.

Next door, your private theater room features six leather recliners, big-screen viewing with surround sound, and complimentary movie candy—because every great movie needs snacks.

Outside, your backyard borders the inlet of Somes Sound with the historic fish ladder just steps away.

Sink into the 7-person hot tub under the stars with the sound of flowing water nearby, lounge on the daybed overlooking the stream, gather around the fire pit for s'mores and stories, or fire up the propane grill and lobster pot for a classic Maine feast at the outdoor dining table.

Inside, the fully equipped kitchen handles everything from quick breakfasts to big lobster dinners with modern appliances, ample counter space, and gadgets like an Instant Pot and crock pot. For coffee enthusiasts, we have a Keurig Duo that brews both pods and carafe.
