Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Close to I-80, Coralridge Mall, and restaurants, this is a great place to stay for a night away from home or extended stay. 3 Bedrooms, with 3 Queen beds, a Twin bed, and sofa that can accommodate up to 8 people comfortably.

Kitchen has air fryer, microwave, toaster, oven, and Kuerig. Plenty of towels and extra blankets.

Nice Place in Coralville

We enjoyed our stay in Coralville at this VRBO. Bryant was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay there again, and I recommend this townhouse as a clean and affordable place for families.

Nice place. The inside was clean, but the exterior did not give a favorable 1st impression. The neighborhood was very quiet. Ran into 1 issue, which the owner quickly corrected. The bathrooms definitely showed their age. We found the upstairs bathtub/shower did not feel safe for a shower. No mat and the bathtub floor was quite slick. There are also a few lighting issues. All said, it was a respectable place with a responsive owner.

Week long stay in Iowa City

The property was clean and had adequate linens for beds and bathrooms. You may need a few more kitchen things (a larger pot, a colander, more than four dinner plates) if you plan to stay for a week, like we did. Also, just a heads up for families with neurodivergent kids, it is rather loud/echo-y in there as the common spaces have no rugs or much of anything on the walls to buffer the sounds of people talking and moving around. That was an issue for us, but I know that is not the case for everyone.

Nice for the Price

Access was easy and the place was clean. Luckily we had someone with us that had a streaming service otherwise no TV service. Only 1 lamp in whole place. Would have been nice to have one in each bedroom at least. Pets are welcomed but when you go to pay they charge you a non refundable fee. It had space for 7 people to sleep in beds and the twin bed that is mentioned in post is located in an open closet concept next to bathroom. This may sound like I’m complaining but really it was just the little things that made me not say excellent. I and my family would definitely stay here again.it was definitely a whole new kitchen and hopefully with more people staying here little things will be gained in the kitchen Again this is a really nice place
