Lovely place with friendly hosts and everything we could have needed for a wonderful stay. Home is well appointed, clean and a convenient location for navigating around town. Would definitely stay again when visiting.
We had a fantastic stay. Very clean and had everything we could possible want-room to hang out as a family, excellent amenities, and a beautiful and quiet neighborhood very close to UW where we were visiting our daughter. Ron was a great host and very responsive to any questions we had.
We loved our stay and were sad to leave. Everything was perfect: clean, cozy, quiet and thoughtfully prepared. The owner truly thought of everything. This was one of our best stays at any property and we would definitely stay again.
We love the quiet neighborhood but close walk to restaurants or a trail walk on Sand Point. Host has everything set up that you could need for a short or long stay.
VRBO is immaculate with many extra luxeries. Easy check in on line and kitchen has all the amenities. Large window views of trees, birds and Burke Gilman Trail!
Ron was an amazing host!! The property was beautiful and well kept. He explained very clearly how to operate everything in the apartment. My family was very comfortable staying there. We hope to stay there again soon. Thank you Ron for having us!!!
We loved this place - spotless, with a great location, walking distance to a great coffee shop and park, and close to the U district. It's absolutely spotless and well-stocked, with beautiful backyard views. The owner was lovely and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!
Ron’s place was lovely. I felt safe and there was plenty of room for our family. Also, Ron takes great pride in his place so it was very clean and well managed. Thank you for helping our trip be amazing!
We absolutely loved it! My husband and I adore the chic and relaxed set up. The hosts are very thoughtful and accommodating; we didn't even need to bother them while we were there. After a weekend of sight-reading, we got cozy and hunkered down comfortably. I especially enjoyed sitting on the patio with my coffee in the morning and listening to the birds. We would love to stay here again, next time we come to Seattle.
We stayed here for 3 nights and it was one of the best places we've every stayed at. Plenty of ammeneties and very spacious even with four of us. Also located in an area close enough to downtown but in a nice, quiet residential area. Host Ron was such an amazing person and was very helpful when we had questions. We definitely recommend this place!
The property and its location were perfectly located for our visit. We loved the setting and found the apartment clean and comfortable. We’ve already shared the details with friends and hope to return ourselves!
Comfortable, clean, very well-equipped property. Lovely view across the garden, through the trees to the Burke-Gilman Trail, and a peek-a-boo view of the lake.
This 2 BR, 1 BA apartment is so clean and very well appointed. The location feels surprisingly secluded. Host is great at communicating! We enjoyed our short stay!
On a quiet side street near the U, this VRBO is complete with comfortable beds, a fabulous bathroom and a very functional kitchen. Oh, and a giant TV for all your watching needs. The host is right upstairs and responds to text quickly. Highly recommended for either short or long stay, we will definitely stay here again!
This place is amazing. Super clean in a very peaceful setting but close to restaurants and shops. Ron has thought of everything to make for a very comfortable stay. Highly recommend and we will be back!
The house has everything you need, all in perfect shape, with terrace and nice views, very good location and very kind host, Ron. We really enjoyed the week we spent there. We hearthly recommend it.
My all time favorite VRBO stay. Ron has anticipated every possible need. Close to Seattle Children’s Hospital, the BG trail, restaurants and shopping. Super clean, modern, quiet and safe. Can’t wait for our 3rd opportunity to stay here.

About the host
Hosted by Ron
As your host, Ron, I have decades of experience in hospitality, as the owner of one of Seattle's most beloved restaurants. I expanded into home renovation during 2010 as general contractor as my wife and I brought our 1967 home into the 21st century. We updated every inch of the home and are comfortable on the first floor of this comfortable three story home. We especially love the location, the feeling of being in the forest as we gaze out on the wooded garden and watch the birds.
Why they chose this property
We have lived in Northeast Seattle for years, but especially enjoy this home for its tranquil setting combined with easy access to everything we love. We can be in the Cascade or Olympic Mountains, on Puget Sound, or the San Juan Islands in no time. Our community is diverse, urban, literate and comfortable.
What makes this property unique
We adopted the Pacific Northwest as our home many years ago, have raised our children here, and are delighted to share our community with visitors. We trust you will leave Seattle as smitten as we are!
