Great place and about as what I anticipated. Location is perfect. The garage is a bit on the small side so FYI when getting the car in and out. Liked the outdoor patio with grill in the evening. Short walk to the bay and to the ocean with a number of cafes and shops nearby too. Will look to stay there again if I'm back in the area.

It was an absolute pleasure to host Allison, and their group! They were respectful, easy to communicate with, and left the property in great condition. We’d welcome them back anytime!

Lovely home in great location..ability to walk to many restaurants, bay and ocean. The dining seating inside is limited and the kitchen supplies could be improved for a larger family gathering. The outside area could be enhanced with a few more chairs or table since it is a shared space with another unit.

This place was all around AMAZING. Between the constant communication of the hosts, the beautiful home, and the location…it can’t be beat! You can walk to all the fun restaurants and bars, spend a day on the beach, walk along the bay and enjoy time relaxing in the spacious home. The host was so gracious and let us check in early since we got in the early from out of town. All around highly recommend!

Best of both bayside and beachside.

The property manager repaired and corrected any items that we spotted immediately. Excellent service. Plenty of space for all of us to sleep.

Great location

Overall it is just as we expected. Garage parking was tight but was told that prior to our stay. If you have two vehicles make sure they are cars or small SUV's if you want to try and fit both in the garage.

Fun location between the bay and the beach

Nicely remodeled older place near the beach. Service was excellent with very attentive responsiveness. Parking is a bit of a nightmare in this area and the garage is ridiculously small to the point you risk damaging your car entering it. Definitely will not fit two cars or large trucks/SUVs. House was also much smaller than we expected based on photos but was very nice inside and nicely furnished. Fun restaurants and activities nearby and an overall great experience.

Perfect for multi family trip

We had 3 families stay at the property and it worked out perfectly. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone. The house is split well. The kids stayed down stairs and the adults were upstairs during hang out time. Communication was amazing. They were very responsive and fixed any issues we had while there promptly! Would absolutely stay there again. Only complaint was that the floor was really dirty, made our feet black so I would recommend slippers and socks! But if that was the only “issue” I’d say it was just fine!

This was a great location and home base for my extended family's visit to San Diego. Steps away from both beach and bay, within walking distance of plenty of restaurants and coffee shops, and a short drive from anywhere else we wanted to go. We had a great time!
