The place was wonderful for our family to relax, play games and swim at the lake. The house had everything we needed and more. The backyard was great so the dog could run and have his own little vacation Great communication with the hosts Would definitely book again.

Fabulous weekend

We had such a fabulous time! Loved the private beach. It was so quiet and peaceful. The house was adorable, just perfect for us. Sure hope we can stay there again!

The house is quite comfortable. Bedrooms are nice. Towels, sheets, dish towels and beach towels are provided, as well as small containers of hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, dish soap, a sponge and dishwasher detergent. We loved the tranquility and quiet. Water was warm, but still lovely to swim in. Please note that to use the trash dump and recycling center you need to have a resident decal.

Lake Anna

We had an awesome stay! We were thankful the owner allowed us to bring all 3 of our dogs it's not easy finding a place that will. The property was amazing! I fell in love w the place instantly. With woods on either side it felt very private. The beach and dock were perfect. We weren't inside much but the layout of the house is great for a family. The couch was so comfy and could fit everyone. We loved all the games. We appreciated the toiletries, extra towels etc that the host provided. We would definitely revisit!

Cozy and Fun Lakefront House

Our family had an amazing time at the Cozy Lakefront House. The house had a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator and 2 different types of coffee machines. The living room had a large sectional sofa to accommodate the whole family while watching TV and movies. We had a nice view of the dock and water from the large front window. Our grandchildren enjoyed the kayak and paddle board that was available for our use. They mostly enjoyed catching fish off the large deck. In addition, the use of firewood to make a fire on the beach at night was enjoyed by all.

Great choice!

Our stay at the Cozy Lakefront House at Lake Anna was awesome! The location was perfect — we brought our boat, and the boat slip was only 5 minutes away both by boat and by car. Having a private dock was very convenient also having paddle boards and kayaks available on the property was a great bonus, and being in a no-wake zone made using them so relaxing and enjoyable.The private beach on the property was beautiful and perfect for spending quiet afternoons by the water. Evenings around the fire pit, with plenty of wood provided, made for truly memorable nights.The house was equipped with everything you may need; even crazy glue to repair my reading glasses We recommend this place and are already planning our return for next summer. Joe is a fantastic host who made everything easy and welcoming.
