The Cottage is on 2 acres on scenic East Lake Drive directly on Lake Montauk .Our Cottage is a bright,cheery,sunlit space that is a lovely place to enjoy your dream vacation and best of all you have your own private beach in the backyard where you can relax,swim,kayak,fish,clam or just enjoy a beautiful Montauk sunset. All the best Montauk has to offer. Most everything for a fun filled dream vacation is here. There is one bedroom with 2 twin beds that can be put together as a king if needed.There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room and a fully equipted kitchen. Heat, A.C. LCD high def T.V., cable, computer with WiFi, beautiful wrap around deck with table, chairs, umbrella, garden bench, and propane grill and A beach pass to visit all of the Hamptons and Montauk famous beaches. Ditch Plains, Montauk Point, Gin beach, Navy beach, Kirk park beach just to name a few

The Cottage is located about 2 miles east of town .It is with in walking distance of the famous surfing beach Ditch Plains , or a breezy night you can hear the surf breaking off in the distance from ditch plains out on the deck and 3.5 miles from Montauk Point and the famous Montauk Lighthouse that George Waskington commissioned in 1792.We are 2.4 miles from Ginbeach and .7 miles from the Montauk Lake Club on 2 nicely maintained acres directly on the water.

We are located directly on Montauk bay (lake Montauk) just steps from your own private beach out back.

Everything was Great. The house, yard & beach.

We had a great week in Montauk and this house was a great place to stay for our purposes. We wanted a "home" to come back to at the end of the day and this was it! We were very comfortable, were able to bbq and cook a few nights, as well as do all of the Montauk sites and activities we had on our agenda. I plan to contact the owner again for future visits. Highly recommend - the property and house were clean, well-maintained and everything was in working order.

Wonderful time in Montauk

We went to Montauk and we had an awesome time!!! All thanks to Bobby and his cozy seaside cottage. Frankly, when we decided to rent the home, it was a last minute decision and we had no idea what to expect, since we had never been to Montauk. My only requirement was to be within a short walking distance of the water at a reasonable price, and it definitely fulfilled those needs *and much more*. As a family of five (2 adults and 3 little ones) we were a bit concerned that the accommodations would be too tight. But, having some big grass areas in front and behind the house as well as beautiful Lake Montauk within a stones throw was the perfect solution. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, dishes and extra hand towels. Bath towels and lines were too provided. By the third day we made friends with all the locals and we knew exactly where to go for all the treats. Bobby, the landlord, was a great help in figuring out exactly what we wanted to do. And the kids really loved him. Nevertheless, in the evenings, we only needed to stay on the deck while BBQ the day's catch to take in the most beautiful sunsets right over Lake Montauk. Wonderful time! Thank you so much!
