We had a great stay! The townhouse is beautiful, very spacious with plenty of room for all of us. We had a small issue during our stay and our host was very responsive and sent someone out that day to resolve the issue. The area is very walkable with restaurants and stores near by. I would definitely recommend!

We all love the location. We would only suggest that the accommodations provided designated hand soap, shower gel,and possibly hand towels or face towels.

Fortebello beach side

A beautiful house! As a family we enjoyed its private pool. It has a great location, big enough for our family and very clean. Loved it!

Great Property

We had a 4 families for a total of 12 staying at the house. We had plenty of living space. Pool was great for the young ones. Home was well maintained and close to everything. Right off the causeway made travel to places very easy. Host was very accommodating and answered all our questions very quickly. Would stay there again.

Lovely home but better cleaners needed

We stayed here 2 nights with family for a wedding. Home is HUGE and very nicely arranged. Furniture was nice, comfortable beds and new-appearing mattresses. Plenty of room for a large family and more! Wifi was good, appliances were current and worked fine, plenty of towels, sheets, etc. Location is excellent for beach access. Excellent communication with property manager and host. Very responsive. Clear instructions. A+. No real 'issues' during our stay but some things others should be aware of: Outside was not as pictured: Fence broken, no gate. No furniture outside, pool did not appear to be running, lots of debris. Overgrown weeds around pool pump. Sliding glass door out to pool area was hard to lock & unlock. If we were counting on being outside to enjoy the private pool, we'd have been disappointed. All the other issues were with cleaner quality control. Hard floors (tile) were very dirty; I wiped up water from the kitchen floor with a paper towel and it came up very black. Debris build up in corners / baseboards anywhere there are hard floors. Noticeable debris on top of typically undisturbed flat surfaces (dust, dead bugs like gnats & flies on window sills, top of toilet paper holder, etc.), cobwebs on the light fixtures over the bar area and we had a large palmetto bug running around the kitchen as a result of moving the trashcan.

The property is lovely. Awesome for girls weekends and family’s that need separation. Each bedroom is HUGH.Backyard was spacious. The weeds need to be dealt with coming thru the pavers Bring or stop & get soap & shampoo conditioner. There is one jar in each shower of something .. not sure if it was soap or shampoo. We really enjoyed our weekend. It’s super close to the beach. You can easily fit 4 midsized suvs in the driveway. Now this is not the fault of the property and I’m not sure if it’s VRBO or the property management. I requested a late check out upon making the reservation. I never heard back. When I inquired again before driving down, I was told I should have done it earlier. No record of my request. We wanted it because we were there for training that ended at 11A and wanted to be able to empty the frig and put our bags in the car.I’m over two part authentication! It took more than 13 emails getting the same AI link to go and request a late check out. Finally when I had it and emailed we had made every validate attempt to pay 20 per hour for a late check out.. miraculously the ability secure it appeared in the portal after toggling back and for their codes and then re enter a credit card. (You would think with all the two part security that at least was stored ) So property great - pack soap and your patience dealing with the system. I haven’t had this experience with any other vacation rental property in the past year.
