This resort is ideal for large families on a budget who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the Orlando attractions.

This upgraded town home is ideally situated within walking from the water complex, clubhouse, and golf. There are 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a full living room with 2 full size sofas, a fully stocked equipped kitchen, new vinyl flooring on the first floor, washer & dryer, 55 inch smart tv with also cable w/over 150 channels DVD player. There are 5 TVs in the home. A great way to end your evening from the kids. The queen suite on the first floor is great for anyone that has a wheel chair or cannot climb the stairs. There are 2 porta cribs, and 2 hi chairs for the babies. he Master King suite is located on the 2nd floor with the porta crib in the closet and has its own balcony, perfect way to end the evening without the bugs. Most of the homes in this resort do not have the enclosed balcony and patio and are not located close to the clubhouse/golf and water complex.

Amenities on the property which includes an on site restaurant, 3 heated swimming pools with a water slide and the lazy river make it ideal for children. For those who want to combine business with pleasure, there is free WiFi available in the business center. A fitness center including sauna, steam room and whirlpool is located on-site.The newly opened Frankie Farrell's serves American and European dishes daily. A variety of drinks may also be enjoyed by the pools or indoors.The Market at Regal Palms Resort & Spa is open late and offers snacks, amenities and souvenirs. IMPORTANT! We had a great stay with our family! This unit was really close to the clubhouse and pool, making walking to it a breeze. The living room was spacious for our big family. The bedrooms were also spacious, and two of them had their own private bathroom.

Very good communications when things went wrong. Owner was very alert to our concerns; and making our stay comfortable. When renovations are complete, this place will be a 5 Star vacation home.

Beautiful property!!

Well first the location is perfect close to everything we didn’t have to use the car! The property already had pots and pans it was very clean and spacious! There were extra towels that came in handy! Everything worked out great we will definitely come back again!

A Great Vacation Home and Resort

We had such a lovely vacation. This home was clean and spacious for our family. My mother and dad enjoyed their privacy in the queen suite. Our family had such a great time at the resort's waterpark. My kids loved the water slide. I loved the lazy river and the relaxation near the Tiki Bar. My husband and I enjoyed relaxing on the balcony after the fun. The check in was great and there is a strip mall with everything you need minutes away, walking distance. There are tvs in all bedrooms, so the kids were happy and we were also.

The property had a great location. The screened in porch was great to sit in to read. The master suite was very generous. The beds all had great mattresses that were very comfortable. The water park was small but plenty to do for all ages. The property was very clean. A great place to vacation

The experience was sub par. Sugar ants in the kitchen. The dvd player remote had corroded batteries and was unusable. A roach was found in the hand towel of the master bathroom. And the location is next to a storm drain so you could hear every car that drove by

Thank you for taking the time to review my home and offer your concerns. The comfort and pleasure of my guests are very important to me. I am glad that you thought the home was clean and the beds were comfortable which you wrote to me on the day before you checked out . We have taken the necessary steps to correct them starting with new batteries in the remote. The exterminator was in on the next business day and took care of the ants. Palmetto roaches live alone in the Palm trees located throughout the resort, and are common in Florida. The one you encountered most likely entered the home on one of the occasions that the front door was left open during your stay, which is why we suggest in our check in letter to leave the door closed. I have never had a complaint regarding the noise from the sewer grate since owning the home for 12 years however I have passed your concerns to the resort and have been assured that they will take care of it.

The owner Laure is very nice. The resort offers a lot of things to do but you have to purchase everything new to use it. My kids wanted to play volleyball but had no ball I had to purchase floats for the lazy river. Couldn’t bring outside food or drinks to the pool area. It was in the 90s when we were there and a bottled of water at the pool would have been nice. The grounds are beautiful people were friendly. Make sure to double check your locks on your door at night. The instructions to lock the door were wrong and the first 3 days and nights our house was not locked. Very scary. We found this place to be out of the way for all things we wanted to do. I would definitely stay here again for a nice relaxing vacation.

Clean and Spacious Vacation home

We enjoyed our family Orlando vacation at the Regal Palms. The home was Clean and Spacious. We had 7 family members and there was plenty of room for all of us. It was a convenient location to Restaurants and stores. The grand kids loved the Resort pool and Game Room. Check in and out was quick and easy.

Quiet and convenient

Due to flight delays we arrived quite late at night and were all very tired, thankfully the check in process was very quick and simple. The property itself was ideal for this type of holiday with 3 adults and two children it was the perfect size. we only used the onsite facilities a couple of times as we spent most of our time either at the parks, recovering from being at the parks or visiting family in west palm beach. The on-site pool was brilliant and perfect for the kids an I'm sure we could have really made better use of the pool area if we'd had time. Local supermarket and fast food (pizza and Chinese) are within walking distance and very nice. Only possible area for improvement, we normally holiday in Europe and it's customary to get a welcome pack of milk, bread, coffee etc just to get you through until you can get to a super market so I'd recommend taking the essentials with you in case like us your flight gets delayed. Over all brilliant holiday and a massive Thanks to Laura especially for arranging for a wedge pillow for my Mum to delivered ahead of our arrival!

Laura's Villas at the Regal Palms

I recently spent a week at this resort and had a great time. It is close to Disney and there is shopping and restaurants close by. We decided to book the home through Laura of Laura's Villas. The process was simple and Laura was fantastic to work with. She even let us check out later since our flight was delayed at no additional cost. The home was clean and roomy, enough for my immediate family and my in-laws. It was very close to the club house which has water slides, a lazy river, a restaurant, and a spa. All of the homes in this resort are individually owned and not maintained in the same manner. We were happy with this home and will be coming back in the near future!

Beautiful rental property

This was the perfect rental property. Everything was clean and ready for us the minute we walked in the front door. The front desk had excellent customer service and we were worried it would be hard to find, as we checked in late at night, but it was very simple to find with a driveway right up to the front door making it easy to unload in the dark. We walked into the home and it looked exactly like the pictures! The carpets were brand new and the home was filled with just about anything you would need for your stay. We were glad to see a fully stocked kitchen with all the appliances and dishes we would need. The bathrooms were spotless and filled with fresh towels and linens. The beds were very comfortable with an abundance of extra pillows and blankets. The wi-fi was fast and the cable worked great, with a TV in every bedroom! We had board games and DVD's stocked making the home very welcoming. The washer and dryer seemed to be brand new as well. The town home was just a minute walk to the pool and amenities! The resort was located right off a main road making it simple to go shopping and just a short ride from Disney! The whole community was gated with key card access only, making us feel safe for our entire stay! The pool area was beautiful with so much to do, we spent an entire day keeping busy at the resort! I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Orlando. We will definitely be back in the future!

It was a thousand times better than I expected

It was a thousand times better than I expected and affordable too. It's much better than a hotel. Townhouse is really spacious, the bedrooms are large with full baths and walk in closets. And you pull right up to your own driveway. Can't beat that! It's the perfect family vacation. Kids had an amazing time. It's gated so you don't have to worry about your kids wondering around. So convenient everything is right there. Absolutely loved it. We are defiantly going back soon.

Perfect Vacation Getaway

We really enjoyed our family vacation in this resort. It had everything when we felt like relaxing. The kids had a great time on the water slide and arcade. The home was clean and just a short walk to the clubhouse. The kitchen was equipped with everything. There a strip mall within walking distance with a Publix, pizza, ice cream, Applebees, Fish & chips and more.

I purchased this home in 2008 because I love the resort and where it is located. It is just a short drive to Disney, Universal, the newly opened Island H20 Water Park and an hour away from the Atlantic and the Gulf. This is the perfect place for families that do not want to empty their savings just to go on vacation. It is the best kept secret.
